<h4>Crema de berenjena o baba ganoush al estilo árabe</h4>

Hola hoy te voy a enseñar como hacer una crema de berenjena o baba ganoush al estilo árabe.
La he preparado y ha quedado muy rica, se conserva muy bien en la nevera.


Para ello he utilizado

-3 berenjenas con un peso aproximado de 1kg
-2 cucharadas de semillas de sésamo o ajonjolí
-60 ml de aceite de oliva
-60 ml de zumo de limón
-Sal, pimienta y comino al gusto 
-4 dientes de ajo.
-30 ml de agua.


La preparación, asa las berenjenas en una plancha, a fuego lento y tienes que moverla constantemente para que se cocine por todos los lados, cuando esté lista retírala y déjala enfriar, abre y saca todo el contenido de la berenjena y resérvala.

Para preparar el tahini, coloca las semillas de sésamo en una sartén y cocínalas durante sólo 2 minutos, tapa la sartén y muévela, no dejes que se queme. Luego colócalo en la licuadora y agrega el aceite de oliva, una pizca de sal y el agua y licua por 2 minutos, luego agrega la berenjena, 4 dientes de ajo, el jugo de limón, un poco de comino, sal y pimienta al gusto y licua hasta que tengas una crema.
