This post will be a little different from what I have been doing for the last few months. This is an attempt to roughly summarize my blogging experience thus far and plot the course I intend to take going forward.

I started in 2004, mostly in search of truth of 9/11 as it became clear to me that official story being developed and inculcated into public narrative was a falsity. At the time, I was a supporter of John Kerry in the 2004 Presidential campaign; after he surrendered without any protest against very likely electoral fraud I became skeptical the Democrats as Republicans - at least mainstream ones - as being parties truly in opposition to each other. That started me on research into deeper politics, psychological manipulation involved, relevant history and many other issues. Some of my earlier writings can be found here:

I was rather active blogging between 2004 and 2007, had some of my writings picked up by some fairly active sites - if I remember correctly, one of them got something like 100,000 views, and back then it was more significant than it would be now. But in spite of that my meager attempts to make a living off of it didn't go very far and my audience was not growing as much as I hoped for - so I put it on the back burner for awhile.

Fast forward to 2014-2016 and I had re-discovered this arena. With better technologies in the realm of blogging and social media the possibilities seemed a lot better than 10 years before. Also, in the intervening decade my opinion that there is hardly a force more malignant in the modern Western society than the mainstream media has solidified. So I decided to rejoin the fray.

But still life has intervened and being short on time - too short to write long articles - I ended up mostly just posting my photographs. Even that has garnered me quite an audience, including over 4,000 subscribers on [Steemit](https://steemit.com/@borepstein) out of the total 1,180,620 subscribers at present which  is over 0.3% of all current  subscribers. And I am truly grateful to all of those who have taken their time to read and view and process what I have had to say and present.

But now I feel I need to move past what I have done before. I intend to keep posting pictures like before - but also try to become a mini-news agency of sorts. Yes, it is ambitious - but I am willing to give it a try.

Of course I won't be able to do that much original reporting. So I will be an aggregator, with some analytics added when appropriate. But big agencies use third party sources all the time, so in this way what I am planning on won't be all that different.

Hopefully, that will help to bring  forth a new reality where we the people become our own news sources - and just make large news agencies irrelevant. Which will hopefully be the beginning of a golden age of news and the end of the age of propaganda.
