:) Cool, you noticed the graffiti ! "Tito je reder" makes no sense but the original was"Tito je peder" :) with a small elegant intervention somone transformed the letter P into R ... "Tito je peder" means " Tito is a faggot" I think this is the exact or almost exact translation, it's like Tito is a homosexual, but in an absolutely offensive way... Tito is the Josip Broz Tito, leader of Yugoslavia ... and this is one of the many anticommunist, antiyugoslavia graffity made by generations that have just a vague idea about that period, an idea usually shaped by the hyper - nationalist propaganda developed during our little Balkan wars in the 90' ... it's not one of those cool urban graffiti, just a copy - paste outburst of new primitivism. 

I mean :D the same graffiti in the 60' or 70' would be an extremely dangerous affair and could be considered cool ... but now ... too easy, not funny, just a stupid shallow little thing in line with the mainstream politic opinions. A sign of conformism not critique or rebellion.
