Sometimes we do not feel lonely because we are alone, we are the cause of our own problem. Loneliness can be as a result of not being at a healthy relationship with yourself.

Loneliness can be one of the best thing in your life when you are in a healthy relationship with yourself, you have more time to work on your dreams and goals. If you feel empty when you are lonely that is a sign of dependence, loneliness should be a sign of Independence.

Solitude is one of the best time to really improve and develop yourself and you might never want to do that when you are not in a healthy relationship with yourself. Be close to yourself, love yourself no matter situation, always be at peace with yourself.
