Lost In A Second : A Freewrite.

My sister's wedding has always been much anticipated  for long, possibly  due to the fact that she is the first born  in the family so all eyes were on her. Family  record have to be set straight on this with this one.  Dad was so excited  about it while mom was at the tip of her shoe  always,  running helter skelter for it to be successful.  The clothes  we are all going to wear has been sown and we are prep  ready. 

D-day came and after the morning devotion and prayer for my sister, everything  was done and we were set. That was when mom remembered her friends is coming from one her society  haven't been taken care of.  It's was just brought  to her notice  at the eleventh  hour. Mom didn't take it too important  to deal with but sent me and my younger brother to hit the market straight and we did. 

In a hurry, bustling up and down, hopping on bikes in the market to get various  ingredients only to loose 100kilos  of fish at the end of the day.  It fell off from the bike on the way home and we didn't know. The caterer  for the whole event was the one to cover up in the end. Wedding ceremony  and there wahala.
