When Will Nigeria Start Using VAR.

It's been predicted already  that technology  and  AI  is going to rule over almost all of our lives,  from medicine  to transport,  from education and now to sport. 

As each sphere of life is getting rolled over by technology, so are more challenges coming in too,  but that has not deter  many nation and sector of industry  to bring it in. 

Sport has always command a huge following  of mankind,  even, if sport is a religion,  it would have been second to Christianity,  because it cut across all race,  every tribe surely has a particular  sport they are known for,  for the Middle East,  they have Cricket,  the Asian  country has many game of which football  is one of them,  for the European  country,  it is football,  though the Americans have there kind of football which they call the same name too. 

But as we enter a new age,  it was neccesary  to bring in technology into all this sector,  football  in particular. Through VAR - **Video Assistant Referee.**

I remembered when the new VAR was introduced,  how it gathered some missed feelings,  but here we are,  adopting in full the technology needed.

So also is Africa, never get left behind  as the sovereign  kingdom  of Morroco  has added  to there list the inclusion  of VAR to there  football local league.  Morocco  will be the first African  nation to do so.


In a move that saw one hundred  and ten referee  trained in yhebuse use of VRA,  the stadium finally come to lit  on Saturday in a match between  Ittihad Athletic Sports Casablanca and El Jadidas Difaa El Hassani.

We are all hoping when this wave of AI  will reach Nigeria.
