 Hello. Today I made a lunch menu with Kapi chili sauce. Kapi chili is a common food among rural residents in Thailand, mainly found in lower areas in the central and northern regions. The ingredients of chili sauce are as follows: Carpi, chili, palm sugar, garlic, lime. We mash chili and garlic and add palm sugar to the cardi.
