Did you ever look into the alternative options that I had mentioned before? I'm not saying they can fix the issue, but at this point it might be worth a shot. I'm with you, I can't stand needles, but I also know what back pain is like and if that was my only choice, I would do it. I hurt my back a while ago when my oldest niece was very little and she jumped into my arms. Every now and then it flares up and I know how horrible that can be to do anything. Even standing to brush your teeth makes you sweat because of the pain. I hope you get this figured out!

I didn't try them out yet. I am going to wrap up the traditional medicine route first and then go give that a try after. I was walking to an acupuncture enthusiast just a few days ago actually.

I can respect that. I am a huge fan of western medicine, but I've really come to appreciate the whole body approach and how pressure points in one area can impact other parts of the body you would never associate with each other.
