Unlocking the Power of Chrome: Issue 47

I've spent the last week or so scrounging around the Internet and I finally have a new Google Chrome extension for you!

By now I have covered most of the essential extensions that I think everyone should have in their toolbox.

Moving forward I will mostly be covering new and exciting extensions that you might want to check out.

The extension I am going to cover today pairs specifically with users who also have an Android phone.   If you have an iPhone please feel free to continue reading, but many of the features of the extension probably won't work for you.

When I am sitting at my desk at work, I frequently have many things going on at once.  I have a feeling most Steemians are probably in this same situation.  You may find yourself moving back and forth between windows/tabs, typing a story, checking your email, now your phone made a sound so you are checking that, etc.

## Pushbullet

[Pushbullet](https://www.pushbullet.com/) is an extension that can help you alleviate some of that moving back and forth between your phone and your desktop/laptop.

It can be downloaded from the [Chrome Webstore here](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pushbullet/chlffgpmiacpedhhbkiomidkjlcfhogd?hl=en).

Pushbullet allows you to see the push notifications from your phone in your browser.  

Not only that, it allows you to send SMS messages, share files, chat, and send links all from your browser via your phone.

Pushbullet is a way to connect all of your devices so that you can have a seamless experience.  Additionally, it gives you an easy way to move files and links back and forth between your devices.

Check out their webpage and the extension page for a full list of features.  Pushbullet seems to have a lot of potential and it could go a long way towards streamlining your workflow.  

It was also endorsed by CNET, so that should tell you something right there.
