Amazon and web 3.0

What fracking oxymoron that title I just wrote. Just to get it out of the way, material, quotes, inspiration come from this article I read. [Amazon Looking to Hire Web3 Staff for Its Cloud Services](https://www.coindesk.com/business/2023/02/02/amazon-web-services-hiring-to-pump-its-web3-clientele/?outputType=amp).

Let's get into it

"AWS has created purpose-built tools for blockchain companies who want to run either "centralized ledger database that maintains an immutable and cryptographically verifiable record of transactions, or a multi-party, fully managed blockchain network that helps eliminate intermediaries,"

And, my friends, that sums it all up. CENTRALIZED.

As us few people on Hive, compared to the population of this planet, know what web 3.0 is it is becoming more and more important that we spread the word. That companies like AWS are not one bit interested in decentralization or anything that does not make them money.

Here is something else that I found bothersome.

"A quarter of all Ethereum nodes run on AWS servers".

We all know Ethereum is turned or turning into a centralized entity and this helps show that. Wonder what happens if AWS went down?

# Hive is Hope for Web3

Once again the wolfs are dressed as sheep. Telling the world, convincing the world that their way is the correct way. Thus keeping us 99 percent enslaved.

That came out pretty dramatic didn't it. But it is true.

It is every Hivians duty to tell others the truth and spread the word.

Now I am sounding like a preacher. Lol

I think you get the idea and my point.

I am positively positive on Hive , it's future and what it will do for me.

I think it's dumb but that is the view of most of those mainstream corporate giants. They are in it for the money that crypto or NFTs can generate and I don't think they will ever give up control.

It seems to me that we agree that Hive is the best there is in web3.0 and from what I have been learning decentralization is much better, more reliable and we all win.

Whoa, I certainly feel out-of-date now! Last I heard, running anything crypto-related on AWS was forbidden. Hmm, when did I last bother to read about AWS? At least 10 years ago, I guess.

It's nice that they allow their customers to run whatever apps they want. Not so nice if they suddenly change their mind and ban crypto from their cloud.
