It is  really long article but a must read. I am going to quote some of it.

This is extremely important and extremely amazing. As Khal writes:

And that makes 100 percent sense to me.

Correct me if I am wrong but tell me one other community on Hive that has done this.

This is amazing work the Leo team has done. I am only going to be talking about X. Formally known as Twitter. 

We have Leo Threads for that. 

Here is a tidbit of info I missed the first time I read the article. 

"Twitter Export protocol for a one-click button to export a Twitter account's historical content to the Hive blockchain and store them as Threads (key to onboarding Twitter users to a blockchain alternative, using Hive)"

I never even thought about that. If you want to come over from X, then dedicated users, businesses will want to bring their history,  data, with them. Amazing stuff.


## Stats and onboarding from X

"Since our new User Interface launch, we've grown from 500 monthly active Users to 1,300 monthly active users"

That is fracking amazing. But where do they go from here?

They have to bring in more users. More users to Leo is more users to Hive.

"Now that Threads is officially live, we are looking to grow this existing user base by more than 3x by December 2023 and finish the year with 5,000 Monthly Active users. For added context, Hive as a whole blockchain has about 11,000 Monthly Active users (blogging/commenting)."

You want more great excitement? 

"Since March 2023, we've had more than 20 meetings with existing and thriving Crypto Projects from outside of the Hive Ecosystem, and so far we've successfully partnered with three of them to work in collaborative marketing efforts. We are working to have 10 thriving Crypto Companies as official partners by the end of 2023."

Holy crap Batman.

Below is part of what the Leo team wants to do with the DHF  funds.

"We want to advertise The Everything App in every corner of the cryptospace so that our target audience realizes there's an alternative to Reddit, Twitter, and Medium in a decentralized, immutable, censorship proof and tokenizable ecosystem."

Again, I am looking at X. As I want to be able to engage the people, the 'Celebrates' that I now engage with on X, here on Leo Threads.

Below is a chart I took from the article  showing the targets they have set. As they said that will be Revisited every quarter.

I honestly think they will blow those numbers out of the waters. 

They are looking at 9,615 new Hive users over 16 months with their DHF. I think they will at least do double that. My positive side of my brain, with a network effect kicking in. Add a zero to that.

100K new Hive users by the end of 2024.

Once Hive and LeoFinance gets known. What is offers. Look out.
