## MOTIVATION & POSITIVITY

I had some interesting engagement with some people yesterday. One was about being motivated. The lack of having motivation and how do you keep it or get it back.

I made a statement that I do have my bad days, I do loose my motivation. In fact I lost all motivation before I started this post. I did not want to write, did not have a subject to write. Negativity does seep into my brain.

I also included in my statement is how i fixed this for myself. And to most people it seems ways to simple. I woke up one morning in early 2022 and said to myself that I was going to be positive all the time going forward. And motivation or not or I was going to find away to force myself to be motivated everyday.

Just like this morning. I had to remind myself of this fact. And getting writing.

Even when things seem stuck or seem to be moving backwards. As those are temp things. If you keep putting in the work, day in and day out you will see success. There is no doubt about it.

## CURATION TRAIL

That leads me into the topic of my Curation Trail](https://hive.blog/hive-155221/@bradleyarrow/joining-a-curation-trail-updated) and my [Hive-Engine Witness Node](https://primersion.com/he-witnesses).

Lackluster is the word I would use to describe both of them at the moment. Have been stuck at 139 members on the Trail for a few weeks now. I have not been talking about it or pushing it at all. The link above is over 3 years old, so if you visit please don't vote. But do read it.

What can a curation trail do for you?

First, what is the point of a curation trail? Basically any post that I up vote, everyone that is part of my trail will also up vote that post. Why is that a good thing? Newbies especially that are not getting many up votes will get more. Any content that I think is really good and I up vote will also get the backing of the trail automatically. You can set your trail up vote to what ever you want. Even if you set the up vote to 0.01. Imagine if we had 1,000 people in the trail, that would be a 1.00 or 10,000 people in the trail that would be 100.00 to the post. Fantastic stuff. A little difference can end up making a giant difference to our community.

I am sucking at getting people to support my node. Everyday when I check it I seem to be loosing support. Either peoples suppost is exspiring, they are selling some WorkerBee tokens or just unsupporting me.

You need to go to [Primersion](https://primersion.com/he-witnesses) find the check mark on the right and click support.

Double check if you are already a supporter that your support has not exspired. If it has you need to do it again. I believe it lasts for 6 months.

LIke I said you need [WorkerBee](https://tribaldex.com/trade/WORKERBEE). Well you don't need them to show your support. And I do love seeing support from people that have zero workerbee. But for me to move up in ranking you need them.

Anything you can do is greatly apriciated (bad spelling this morning).

All Witness node earnings will go into BBH once I am in profit. Right now I fund the node at a lose. But that is part of being a builder on Hive. You are not always in profit from the start. 

I will get there, but I need the communities help

## WHAT IS BBH

Every Saturday I send tokes to people that own BBH. Here is the break down.

If you own 10 or more BBH up to 4,999 you get dripped Hive(swap.hive).

If you own 5,000 or more BBH up to 9,999 you get dripped swap.hive and Alive Tokens.

If you own 10,000 or more BBH you get dripped swap.hive, Alive and $LEO tokens.

All just for owning BBH.

You can get BBH two ways, you can buy it of TribalDex or you can have it tipped to you.

Here is the tipping part:

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently four levels of tipping.

Level 1 = 1000 BBH holdings = 1 tip per day you can send
Level 2 = 5000 BBH holdings = 5 tip per day you can send
Level 3 = 20000 BBH holdings = 20 tip per day you can send
Level 4 = 50000 BBH holdings = 50 tip per day you can send

You don't have to stake, just hold. The tip does not come from your holdings but from BBH itself.

As BBH grows, so will the rewards.
