
fried noodles
Material:
Oil to taste
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
200 g cabbage, coarse slices
200 g green mustard, cut into pieces
5 grains of beef meatballs, thinly sliced
2 chicken eggs, shake
350 g wet egg noodles, flush hot water, drain
150 g chicken meat, boiled, suwir-suwir, may pake shrimp, peel off the tail
2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Ground spices
3 candlenuts
5 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2-3 red peppers
salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkling
2 tablespoons fried
1 tablespoon celery
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the chives, cabbage, mustard and meatballs, stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly wilted. Pour the beaten eggs, stir them quickly until the eggs clot (small lumps small)
Enter the noodles and chicken meat suwir, shrimp stir well
Add sweet soy sauce to stir well with spices, immediately remove and serve
