FAST FOOD CHAIN it is a quick restaurant &nbsp;which offers &nbsp;fast cuisine to &nbsp;their customers that give their satisfaction through food and &nbsp;services. It always value their customers, because costumers is the lifeline and source of achievements. Time is very Important , that's why they want to serve orders in a short period of time. they don't want &nbsp;customers to wait long. They value a good sanitation and cleanliness that molds trust towards the customers. All in all they value good "Customer Service". &nbsp;&nbsp;In order for them to have a good customer service they should have an outstanding <strong>Crews</strong> who is <strong>passionate</strong> to work, should have attitude of <strong>willingness</strong>. A crew should be <strong>patience</strong> for their customers , they should think that customer complains would lead to a better <strong>performance</strong>. Everywhere we go you the <strong>attitude</strong> follows us, it is the shadow of our <strong>personality</strong> where we couldn't hide nor denied it. The only thing that will <strong>Prosper</strong> us is the <strong>Attitude</strong>.<br>

I made this content because I've experienced to work on a fast food chain for almost<strong> 1 year and 7 months</strong> as a service crew. I was assign to the kitchen area being a fry man. My crew trainer named Aldo is an awesome guy, he works on a fast food over 5 years while studying college. He thought me lot of thing about hard work. he never complains even if his tired body gives up. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>
I earn a lot a not money, but the attitude. The attitude of <strong>hard work</strong>, the attitude of being passionate of anything that I am doing . During my days of being a food service crew many thing I've learn.<br>

<strong>Love work</strong>: I &nbsp;love working with the crews and all of the personnel.<br>
<strong>Be passionate: </strong>When you work with passion you will forget being tired. You always have the mindset of achieving goals<br>
<strong>Value teamwork:</strong> "no man is an Island" a famous saying by &nbsp;<strong>John Donne</strong> , I've learn to work with a team. The more we are the more things get done.<br>
<strong>Value time:</strong> Fast food molds the value of time management by not wasting time<br>
which you offer to the customers Self Integrity, you will learn to be honest at all times and most important is being honest of yourself and most important is to value yourself and others.&nbsp;</p>
