I've spent more than a decade trying to wrap my head around the traditional financial system, and it's still confusing af. M1, M2, M3 supply, fractional reserve banking, interbank lending, repo operations, overt bailouts, covert bailouts - there are black boxes everywhere.

Crypto is so much easier to understand than traditional finance imo. In the case of Bitcoin, the max supply 21 million, and the amount in circulation is transparent for everyone to see. Even currencies like Ethereum without capped supplies are much easier to understand than TradFi. Just another reason that DeFi will eventually replace the broken system we have today.
