Dad Tip of the Day: Get their Energy Out

Dad Tip of the Day: Kids have a lot of natural energy so help wear them out by getting wild and crazy!


As anyone who has been around kids knows, they can be a lot of work - they are constantly on the move, their minds are working a million miles an hour, and they often cause exasperation for adults.  The best thing to do for them is to help get their wiggles out by being wild and crazy with them.

By being high energy, the kids have fun, naturally tire themselves and get to bond with their parents.  This allows for a greater connection, a more peaceful mind, and better sleep.

We try to help the kids get their energy out in lots of ways, including running around the house and playing outside.  Here are a couple of gifs:
