Hawaiian Adventure Continues!

Our Hawaiian adventure continued today with visits to the Dole plantation and some time on the north shore of Oahu!

At the Dole plantation, we took a tour of the grounds on the Pineapple Express (their train) and had some of their famous pineapple ice cream... Jacob loved the train and the ice cream was fantastic! There were beautiful gardens there, and, although I am attaching pictures to this post, I certainly cannot capture the true beauty of the gardens!

The north shore was slightly quiet and nobody was really swimming or surfing... We quickly found out that a shark sighting was to blame :/ We did find some turtles though!

Def. Have to get the pineapple ice cream when visiting dole!! Looks like sunset beach as well... I love the thick deep sand there. Looks like a fun trip.
