Pi Crypto
Hi friends,

Yesterday was "Pi Day" where the magical math number 3.14..... (many digits) is celebrated.  I confess that fully understanding pi is above my pay grade but my wife is a fan of it as she studied mathematics in college.  

Imagine my surprise when she asked me the other day about Pi - the cryptocurrency app.... say what??!!

My wife has downloaded this app and I believe she is earning crypto for using it as a web browser.  I could not find it on Coin Market Cap and I haven't been able to fully research it myself as go to their website and click "how pi works" and it is a giant webpage - seems like it would take 30+ mins to read through it.  She has a friend who uses it and recommended it to her.

Have any of you tried the Pi App?  As an investor, I am always interested in a good ROI so if it seems like you can mine more and make a decent amount while also holding the crypto for potential price appreciation, it could be worth throwing some money at.

I was lucky and got in on Pi pretty early.  Have her send you an invite so you build eachother’s network and mine more.

While I believe it does have a browser function, it’s not like BAT or BRAVE.  You mine simply by verifying (clicking a button) once per day.  The app does not need to be open and the mining uses no resources on your device (that’s their idea - mining without the energy burn).

The Pi coin is not listed on any market, and therefore is worth exactly $0.0 (at the moment).  Do not buy any from anyone.  However, they did conduct an internal experiment and the coins were trading for rediculous valuations (like 1 Pi for a digital camera)!

It sounds like you will likely need to do KYC in order to get them onto the mainnet to trade out to other currencies.  They have done some KYC (100,000 people) already, but it’s not a requirement yet.

Even if they’re only eventually worth half a penny, at the end of the day all it cost me was one click a day, no biggie...the risk/reward ratio is off the charts.
