It pretty much feels like I have been through this before.  History often repeats itself and these declines feel very similar to what we experienced in 2014.  It didn't matter what good news came out we got beaten down and people got pressed out over the months.  The draw out period was terrible and lasted through 2014 and the entire year of 2015.  Even 2016 there wasn't much to be excited about until STEEM shows up and there was also the Ethereum fork.  

It almost made a lot of us think that crypto hadn't improved enough to do what it did in 2017 because we saw that there wasn't much progress.   Bitcoin worked better in 2013 than it did in 2017 with all the blocks filled up and with the high transaction fees.  That is why we were so disillusioned by the prices that were achieved. It was pretty unreal.   

## Where did this bubble begin?   
If we have to get back to some representation of normal where is the price back to be considered normal?  We would even say the storm was brewing in 2016 and certainly in 2017.   It is scary to think about because Litecoin was $4 early in 2017.  Even if it went to $50 that would be catastrophic from highs over $350.   

Last fall / winter I kept using a picture I made of the bubble popping based on the way the chart looks when parabolic phases burst.

I knew it was a very real possibility that it could happen that way and even after the February low of $5,900 I said that there would be a high likelyhood that we would end up hitting a "lower LOW."   I uploaded this video on Feb 12th, 2018 showing historically that Bitcoin often hits a "lower LOW."

After we experienced a revitalization in the market I felt like there was a low likely hood that we would experience the "lower LOW" scenario but out of nowhere we are back down there dangerously close to that scenario.   We can hope that it will happen fast and a lot of money swoops in and saves us but who knows.   

## Will We Experience A Huge Surge EVER Again?
Yes, Yes, and YES........ crypto will go on extreme parabolic runs again that will eclipse the last boom but in the wake of all that happening a lot of coins and tokens will fall by the wayside.   Even stuff that was in the top 20 or 30 cryptos will disappear into obscurity in a couple of years.   It is hard to say exactly which ones will experience this.  Oftentimes it doesn't make sense the ones that live and the ones that die.   
#### Did it makes sense that the BetaMAX and Sega Saturn didn't do well?  

There is still an extremely low percentage of the world population that owns crypto and it isn't like governments are going to stop over inflating and manipulating their currencies.   People aren't going to stop wanting to get rich with speculative investments.   By those two reasons along crypto will rise again in a mind blowing manner.   

Some of the projects literally got almost nothing done.  I was recently checking up on some projects and it is actually disgusting looking at how much money they made off an ICO and then seeing how much they got done.  It was embarrassing.

A lot of those projects are just going to go by the wayside and some people will get prosecuted for running a scam.  The barrier is low for getting work done.   In the end if you looked at the top 20 projects as far as having a sound strategy and getting work done they are experiencing the weight of the market and will press a lot of people out as well.   

## Can You HODL Strong?  Maybe Living In A Tent Will Be Cool!!!
Everyone's situation is different and some people basically have no bills.  I often call these people man babies.  A lot of us how bills so getting pressed out is a very real possibility over time.   It is somewhat easy to just say to accumulate more right now but unless you have a decent amount of capital that is in fiat and you aren't "over invested" in crypto right now. ## Can you hold on for another year of declines?   
No one really knows how long this will last and some people will make money and some people with get flushed out hard.   It is a natural market cycle but it doesn't make it any easier.   

2015 was a crypto nuclear winter and I sure hope 2019 doesn't end up being the same thing and us waiting around for the halving in 2020.  That would be fucking terrible but it is a possibility.   

I even prepared some liquid STEEM encase we got a big burst of energy in the market but now everything is in the dumps.   Two weeks later it might be different.   There is really no telling.   

## Conclusion
No one can predict exactly what is going to happen but the way the general shape the charts make for most cryptos especially Bitcoin look pretty FUGLY! 

I'm mentally prepared for millions of n00bs to be crushed and hope I don't get pulled down in the black hole as well.

### There is one thing that remains true.  Crypto is the future and I'm prepared to sell almost everything I own to go much deeper into crypto in preparation for the next parabolic phase but that might not be for a long time.  Maybe it is 6 months away or maybe it is 2 years away.  It won't be fun in between.   Good luck!
