There is essentially no way that Ethereum can even come close to catching up to what the EOSIO software is capable of with the regular updates. Wise words, especially stacking while you can, and having a diversified portfolio. No point being a maximalist of one particular coin, as just like life, you're gonna get more out of things if you keep an open mind and learn about / try out different things! I think EOS is proving itself to be a solid platform. I've been skeptical at times, but its good to see that whenever problems arise, they generally tend to be addressed, with the community being quite involved in the general development of the network. For sure when the next bull run hits, it will be one of the coins to do well, in part because it might be perceived as 'cheap' to n00bs. However, hopefully they will soon produce some dapps that can appeal more to wider cross-section of society. An original yet simple and addictive game like Cryptokitties is needed (most crypto games are derivative in some way, or otherwise just poorly produced/very niche), or perhaps Voice will be that killer app. Exciting times!

I have a feeling that they are getting the base protocol to a point where it can handle massive volumes. Like 1000X what Ethereum can do and then something like Voice can go mainstream potentially. The updates are solid improvements and even though it seems rough for us sort of waiting and stacking at some point it will have arrived and it will be an explosion of dapps and projects building on these platforms and bringing new ideas. I'm still surprised that the model that a lot of these game apps hasn't really worked with crypto. Where you watch ads and have to buy into it if you want to get further in the game......etc.
