## Introduction
Welcome to our Token Highlight section where we shine a light on all the good work happening in the hive tokenomics. From game tokens, to gender tokens, to even tokens with just a shared goal in mind. We are planning to cover all of them.

The aim of this idea is to use our audience (which is fairly large for hive (Hi mom!)) to show the community and beyond all the good work other tokens are doing across hive.

I'm looking to showcase the best and brightest here. Looking to give a wider audience to those that are working hard every day to achieve something better. And who might not necessarily have the same audience reach as what we do. Sometimes we'll host communities with bigger audiences though! And that's cool too.

## Neoxag Token (issued by: Mr Dragon / @neoxian)

**Hi! Please introduce yourself and tell us which token is yours.**

Hello, I am Neoxian or Mr. Dragon.  I’m a crypto early adopter and now  active in Hive and Splinterlands among other things.  My token is the Neoxag, neoxian silver.

**2. What does it do?**

It is the token of my tribe and forum.  We have a front end: neoxian.city.  You can vote and curate with it on that front end.  The token has various other minor uses:  
* Used in my city for giveaways.
* Can be used to create a hive account.
* Used for our neoxian city voting bot.
* Can be burned for promotion on the neoxian city front end.

*(editor note: When I finally learn to fully code I'll be building on it as well)*

**3. Why did you create it?**

It was created mostly as an experiment to test out how hive engine tokens and forums work.  It was also intended to be the currency of my “city” which is my Discord chat and neoxian.city forum.

**4. What benefits are there to having it?**

Well other then what was mentioned above, there are a few diesal pools that have neoxag as one of the pair, with decent liquidity.  And with the neoxag/neox pool, it’s one of the best ways to get Neox, which is a different token tradable for my vote.

Also, you’ll need it for the legendary Mega-giveaway.

**5. What are you most proud of with your token?**

I’m proud it’s lasted this long.  We were one of the first tribes created and are still around today.

**6. Is there a future plan for your token? Do you have links?**

While I have no specific plans for the token, I would like to create more of an actual city someday, at least a virtual city.  I suppose I need to write about this sometime.

**7. What is your biggest failure with your token?**

There was an incident last year where 6.5 million extra neoxag was printed due to a bug in transitioning to a newer system.  It was annoying, and I posted about it.  But happily around half of those neoxag were actually returned or burned, so it really didn’t  turn out that bad.  The bug is fixed of course.

**8. Ending on a positive note, where do you see your token in 5 years?**

Well, hopefully we are still doing our thing.  Having fun in Discord, and running a forum.  To be honest, it may not be that much different then it is now, but perhaps we can gain a virtual city someday, a 3d world that people can explore, have fun and do business in.
