mining now a days are costly and worthless when we consider the amount of electricity it consumes. 
And i think this is a great idea and a unique. ICO's normally sucks but this one can be a good investment, need to check it out.

But seriously, some crypto haters are agains't cryptos bc of the excessive power consumption.  I think the "Storage Box" concept is pretty smart and can fix this problem.  Quick and easy to setup and move locations.

I think the Proof of Stake or DPOS model of crypto will be bigger than Proof of Work going forward. If so, mining will eventually peak at some time and then on the decline.  I've heard that ETH will eventually be moving towards PoS.

Interesting idea.  The portability will allow this group to go where the energy costs are lowest and also to the jurisdictions that are most friendly to its business.  I believe governments will increasingly see cryptocurrencies as a threat and will try to crack down on them.  I'm already reading reports that Chinese miners are moving to Canada.  (I don't think that governments will be successful in banning cryptocurrencies, but they will try nonetheless.)  

My view is that the crypto space will trigger an enormous amount of creativity in the coming years and we're just scratching the surface of what we'll see.  Significant talent is already moving into crypto and we're in the early innings of the money flowing in as well.  I'm looking for at least 20x gains on my crypto portfolio in 2018.

If they are going to limit themselves to just renewable energy then they will likely loose out on the best price possible in some countries. However this does make sense if you think about it since renewable energies it doesn't make sense to just turn them off when there is excess power however fossil fuel plants this does make a lot of sense. 

The big question for this company is how often they have to move their rigs and what the internet connectivity is like in the new country that they are put in. 

Hopefully they don't have to be right next to the windfarm since there is no guarantee of decent internet connectivity on site.  That would be my only problem that I can see with this project besides the risk of countries trying to ban crypto and thus would likely not want to subsidize mining it.

@broncnutz do you have any resources to help someone get into smartcash mining? Is it at the point where you need a specialized unit or would my laptop graphics card still be worthwhile?

I had my brother build some mining machines and damn he has one that generates $800 a month then one does close to $2200 a month . Crypto is soon gonna take over

Hmm...thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'll need to look into this. As you allude to, most ICO's are crap and one must do their own research before investing. My biggest question so far is what kind of consensus do these mining rigs support? My feeling is the proof-of-work (POW) consensus is antiquated and I'd be surprised if many newer blockchains would require this type of solution. This point may of course be moot, as I'm  not a coder or developer- I need to research this!

Broncnutz is usually on the cutting edge so definitely worth a look into this ICO. Thanks for sharing this!
