Cuando comenzó este 2023, me tracé como meta, propósito atender mi salud, ya que desde antes de la pandemia tenía unos padecimientos a nivel ginecológico, que hacían de mis meses un tema, sobre todo cuando me tocaba mis días..., tenía muchos malestares y ya estos iban en crescendo, poniéndome indispuesta para realizar  mis actividades favoritas, como caminar, compartir con mis amistades, en ocasiones hasta sentarme a escribir era una odisea, tenía que hacer mis buenos esfuerzos y tomar infinidades de calmantes...
Mi calidad de vida había mermado mucho a todo nivel, pues casi siempre tenía algún malestar persistente, estaba en un lugar que ya no me era cómodo y que estaba afectando mis otras áreas de  vida, a nivel personal, de pareja, laboral, con la familia, porque en esos días en que me encontraba con malestares varios, no estaba de muy buen ánimo y me frustraba mucho; pero afortunadamente he tenido una familia guerrera y que me han apoyado mucho. Así que decidí luego de posponer mi atención médica por diversos motivos, operaciones de mi madre, pandemia, situación, país, ponerme en acción y dejar de lamentarme y decidí ocuparme.

When this 2023 began, I set as a goal, purpose to take care of my health, because since before the pandemic I had some ailments at the gynecological level, which made my months a topic, especially when it touched my days ..., I had many discomforts and these were in crescendo, making me indisposed to perform my favorite activities, like walking, sharing with my friends, sometimes even sit to write was an odyssey, I had to make my good efforts and take endless painkillers ....
My quality of life had diminished a lot at all levels, because I almost always had some persistent discomfort, I was in a place that was no longer comfortable and that was affecting my other areas of life, personal, couple, work, family, because on those days when I was with various ailments, I was not in a very good mood and I was very frustrated; but fortunately I have had a warrior family and they have supported me a lot. So I decided after postponing my medical care for various reasons, my mother's operations, pandemic, situation, country, to take action and stop lamenting and decided to take care of myself.

Empecé a ir de nuevo al médico, a realizarme los exámenes necesarios, porque ya se sabía que ameritaba operarme, en eso estaba, cuando de la nada salió una jornada quirúrgica en mi trabajo para los empleados y decidí acercarme a preguntar; desde ese momento todo sucedió seguido, captación médica, exámenes preoperatorios, citas con los especialistas y cuando hice así estaba pautada para cirugía. Me operaron, todo salió bien  y ahora gracias a Dios estoy en franca recuperación; ahora viene de aquí en adelante lo que quiero retomar, lo que quiero hacer, lo que quiero lograr,  ahora que ya estoy  recuperando mi salud y bienestar físico.
Lo principal es dedicarle un tiempo especial a mi pareja y familia, porque se lo merecen, me han tenido una paciencia, amor y dedicación inigualable, quiero recompensarlos. Salir, hacer esos paseos en familia, que fuimos posponiendo por diversas causas, pero entre esas "no me siento bien"..., salir a caminar, actividad que me relaja sobre todo si es en la naturaleza, me hace sentirme parte del mundo y que estoy presente en él; dedicarme a arreglar algunos detalles en casa que sé que me pondrán feliz y que he ido posponiendo porque "no me sentía bien", porque es para nuestra comodidad, no solamente la mía eso me llena mucho.

I started to go to the doctor again, to undergo the necessary tests, because it was already known that I needed surgery, that's what I was doing, when out of nowhere there was a surgical day at my work for employees and I decided to ask; from that moment on everything happened in a row, medical recruitment, preoperative tests, appointments with specialists and when I did so, I was scheduled for surgery. I was operated, everything went well and now thanks to God I am in full recovery; now comes from here on what I want to resume, what I want to do, what I want to achieve, now that I am recovering my health and physical well being.
The main thing is to dedicate special time to my partner and family, because they deserve it, they have been patient, loving and dedicated to me, I want to reward them. Going out, taking those family walks, which we have been postponing for various reasons, but among those "I do not feel well"..., going for a walk, an activity that relaxes me especially if it is in nature, makes me feel part of the world and that I am present in it; dedicate myself to fix some details at home that I know will make me happy and that I have been postponing because "I did not feel well", because it is for our comfort, not only mine, that fills me a lot.

Una de las actividades que me hacen sentir realizada, son las cosas sencillas, salir a comer ese helado que me gusta, poder adquirir algo para mi arreglo personal que desde hace mucho había dejado de lado, salir con mi pareja los dos solitos, degustar mis comidas preferidas, visitar al mar, que me revitaliza una barbaridad. Pero ante de todas estas tengo una muy pendiente, ir a agradecerle a Dios por ser tan magnánimo conmigo y comprobado esta que ha sido así. Tengo  muchas cosas pendientes por retomar y hacer, ahora en cuanto pueda voy a enfocarme en ellas, porque también implican mi bienestar personal, que venía posponiendo desde hace bastante tiempo...
Nada como poder sentarte y decir, ¡ahora me toca a mí!, porque como les digo a mis conocidos y amistades, para estar bien, primero tenemos que estar bien nosotros para poder brindar apoyo, amor a otros... y no es cuestión de egoísmo, es cuestión de bienestar personal, que tendría que ser lo prioritario para todos nosotros, pero que por otras situaciones, personas, vamos posponiendo, sin darnos cuenta de que vamos dejando de ser nosotros en el proceso. Es por eso que, ahora les digo, seguiré retomando, pues es mi momento.

One of the activities that make me feel fulfilled are the simple things, going out to eat that ice cream I like, being able to buy something for my personal grooming that I had left aside for a long time, going out with my partner, just the two of us, tasting my favorite foods, visiting the sea, which revitalizes me a lot. I have many things pending to resume and do, now as soon as I can I will focus on them, because they also involve my personal wellbeing, which I have been postponing for quite some time...
Nothing like being able to sit down and say, now it's my turn, because as I tell my acquaintances and friends, to be well, first we have to be well ourselves to be able to provide support, love to others ... and it is not a matter of selfishness, it is a matter of personal welfare, which should be the priority for all of us, but for other situations, people, we are postponing, without realizing that we are ceasing to be us in the process. That is why, now I tell you, I will continue to resume, because it is my time.
