Thanks to oil and gas industry feedback on the cheaper use of unmanned drones to supply their rigs than classic helicopter transportation, with heavy reduction 50% costs, SKYFchain project wants to revolutionize transport framework.

SKYFchain, Skyfdrones Services OU registered in Estonia, is the spin-off of SKYF, the world’s first cargo robots manufacturer, working on its operating platform with B2R protocol that means Business-to-Robots communication system, and wants to be flexible to be adapted to all industry sectors developing cargo robotics systems.

SKYFchain Company will test its logistic platform with its air drones and after will release guidelines to integrate drones control systems within SKYFchain platform.
To work SKYFchain system needs ERC20 tokens. Every time that smart contract is active for executing an action, the logistic platform will buy tokens from the market, increasing tokens value. Furthermore, the 50% of fees will go for 25% to token holders and other 25% to the Community Development Fund. Following the Company estimation, the logistic platform will buy back about 50 million of $ in tokens in 5 years.
The Company has already a good potential portfolio of interesting clients, like Syngenta AG, a global Swiss agri-business that produces agrochemicals and seed with an annual revenue of about 12.8 billion, or Rusagro Group, largest vertically integrated agricultural industry in Russia, with an annual revenue of 1.4 billions $.
SKYFchain points to start its business in Countries with no strict rules on air drones, like CIS, Asia, and Africa. From 2020, with a robust product, will start drone sales, the inclusion of third-party drones data into SKYFchain and lobby to introduce products in developed markets, concluding with sea cargo robots and passenger drones between 2023 and 2025.

Token sale structure.
SKYFT is compliant with SEC of USA. Total amount is fixed in 1.200.000.000 tokens and only the 44% will go to crowdsale. The structure is the following:
1. Crowdsale (Pre-ICO and ICO) 44% = 528.000.000;
2. Network Development Fund (NDF) -to support super nodes during the first three years of blockchain operations. (50% of NDF will be spent in the first year, 35% during the 2ndyear and 15% during the 3rdyear) 15% = 180000000;
3. Community Development Fund (CDF) – to stimulate the growth of the partners’ network and developer’s community 10% = 120.000.000;
4. Reserve (frozen for 1 year) 9,5% = 114.000.000;
5. Bounty fund 1,5% = 18.000.000;
6. Team (vested for 1year) 20% = 240.000.000
Actually is ongoing presale with hard cap of 5 million of $. The hard cap in crowdsale is about of 35 million $, that is not so high respect the real project value.

Team members show high knowledge. The CEO, Alexander Timofeev, is founder and CEO of Microbor Nanotech and InvestKinoProject.
The project is interesting and futuristic, notwithstanding feasible considering the team background and companies involved.
