<b><h1>El Hombre: Dueño Del Planeta. Bilingual/ Man: Owner of the Planet</h1></b> <center> <b>Admirando la Naturaleza. Parque Nacional El Avila. Venezuela</b></center> <div class="text-justify">Hola comunidad Hive, hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes esta reflexión que gira en torno al papel que nosotros los seres humanos creemos tener en la dinámica planetaria y el hecho de que en rol que presumimos lo que ha resultado es una devastación descontrolada a la naturaleza. El hombre ha visto su papel en el planeta desde un punto de vista muy antropocéntrico, donde él es dueño y señor de lo que esta tierra nos ofrece y en el que el centro de la veracidad de las acciones es la visión humana. Me pregunto ¿en qué momento se perdió ese sentir con la naturaleza, como parte de ella y nos adueñamos y dispusimos como quisimos de sus recursos? Al parecer en el camino olvidamos que somos una especie más de las millones que conforman la pacha mama.</div>  <center> <b>Fuente</b></center> En el desarrollo tecnológico le atribuimos un precio a la materia prima que se conseguía a disposición. Le pusimos un precio al suelo, al aire, a las plantas, a todo; para empezar como si nos perteneciera y si fuese así también las otras especies son dueñas, lo que pasa es que no tienen la capacidad de raciocinio humana. Es lamentable darnos cuenta que somos pocos los que aún tenemos conciencia ecológica, y que si bien es cierto vivimos en esta globalidad productiva y consumista, de una u otra forma tratamos de aportar, de rescatar esa convivencia sana en este suelo que nos sustenta. Las culturas indígenas aún conservan este legado de convivir con la naturaleza, explotarla pero no destruirla, valorar lo que el planeta tardo millones de años en formar,para que una especie como la nuestra venga a destruirlo. Es tanto lo que podemos hacer siendo ecológicamente responsables que entristece ver como la satisfacción de las necesidades humanas, unas básicas y otras no; han tenido un efecto tan devastador que hasta la capacidad de carga de los ecosistemas se perdió y ya no pueden regenerarse.  Entonces, ¿Somos dueño del planeta? menos mal que nos es así, y aún la benévola naturaleza se empeña en ayudarnos a sobrevivir, a través de lo que se esfuerza por brindar,como plantas que dan frutos, y hasta valores medicinales;como reservas de agua y minerales que siguen apareciendo, y personas que practican la educación ambiental. <center> <b>Fuente</b></center> En ese adueñarse del planeta, lo hemos monetizado a nuestra elección,quisiera compartir con ustedes palabras del Jefe Indio Seattle de la Tribu Swaminsh, en el año 1854, responde al entonces Presidente de los Estados Unidos Franklin Pierce, al querer comprarle sus tierras: <i><div class="text-justify"><blockquote>¿Cómo se puede comprar o vender el cielo o el calor de la tierra?, esta idea nos parece extraña. Si no somos dueños de la frescura del aire, ni del brillo del agua, ¿Cómo podrán ustedes comprarlos?</blockquote></div></i> Quienes somos para ponerle precio a lo que es invaluable, a lo que nos mantiene con vida y nos sostiene cada dia, a lo que nos brinda alimentos, cobijo. Venezuela</b></center> Hello Hive community, today I would like to share with you this reflection that revolves around the role that we human beings believe we have in the planetary dynamics and the fact that in the role that we assume what has resulted is an uncontrolled devastation to nature. Man has seen his role on the planet from a very anthropocentric point of view, where he is the owner and lord of what this earth offers us and where the centre of the veracity of actions is the human vision. I wonder at what point we lost that feeling with nature, as part of it, and we took over and disposed of its resources as we wished? It seems that on the way we forgot that we are one more species of the millions that make up the pacha mama.  <center> <b>Source</b></center> In technological development we attributed a price to the raw material that was available. We put a price on the soil, the air, the plants, everything; to begin with, as if it belonged to us and if it were so, the other species are also owners, but they do not have the capacity for human reasoning. It is unfortunate to realize that there are few of us who are still ecologically aware, and that although it is true that we live in this productive and consumerist world, in one way or another we are trying to contribute, to rescue that healthy coexistence in this soil that sustains us. Indigenous cultures still preserve this legacy of living with nature, exploiting it but not destroying it, valuing what the planet took millions of years to form, so that a species like ours comes to destroy it. It is so much what we can do by being ecologically responsible that it is sad to see how the satisfaction of human needs, some basic and some not, have had such a devastating effect that even the carrying capacity of ecosystems has been lost and can no longer regenerate.  So are we the owners of the planet? Thank goodness we are, and even the benevolent nature is determined to help us survive, through what it strives to provide, such as plants that bear fruit, and even medicinal values; such as water and mineral reserves that continue to appear, and people who practice environmental education. <center> <b>Source</b></center> In this ownership of the planet, we have monetized it by our choice. I would like to share with you the words of Indian Chief Seattle of the Swaminsh Tribe, in the year 1854, he responded to the then President of the United States Franklin Pierce, by wanting to buy his land: <i><div class="text-justify"><blockquote>How can you buy or sell the sky or the heat of the earth? this idea seems strange to us. If we do not own the freshness of the air, nor the brightness of the water, How will you be able to buy them?</blockquote></div></i> Who are we to put a price on what is priceless, on what keeps us alive and sustains us every day, on what provides us with food, shelter.
