This week the challenge is to share a battle that meets the following ruleset: Equal opportunity, let's start by explaining what implications this ruleset has and how it functions.

# 🚩 Ruleset: Equal opportunity.
All monsters will attack from any position (range monsters cannot attack from position 1) and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health. This is one of my favorite battle conditions since I have cards with the double strike ability or attack with 2 types of damage. Here I give you an example of which cards are ideal for these combats:

As you can see, there are cards that even combine 2 different types of attacks and also have the double strike ability. The other aspect to take into account are the statistics, the order of priority is the following:
life, speed and defense.

**Unprotected**: Monsters do not have any armor and do not gain armor from Summoner Buffs or Skills. This completely changes the priorities that we must take into account in the statistics of our cards, we will take life and speed into account then.

In addition to these 3 rulesets, the mana limit is 47 and we can only choose 3 classes: fire, water and life. Up to this point I already know which class I'm going to play with: water. I have 2 summoners that I have: Possibilus the wise and Kelya frendul, both are ideal for this type of battle, I will tell you which one I chose and why.

# 🧙♂️Summoner/Invocador: Kelya frendul.

My choice was for Kelya frendul, she is a rare summoner that has the advantage of consuming only 4 mana points and conferring 2 abilities:
- Gives all allied cards +1 speed.
- Increases allies defense by +1.
Although obviously the unprotected ruleset will not allow us to benefit from the defense, speed is going to be a fundamental element for the lineup of cards that we are going to place.

I consider this card as the definitive block for the water class in modern only it is equaled by the Djinn chwala of the dragon class. Although we will not have the enormous amount of defense that it has, it has the enrage ability that increases its damage and speed, we will place it in the first position.
>>Considero a esta carta como el tanque definitivo para la clase agua en moderno sola mente es igualado por el Djinn chwala de la clase dragon. Aunque no contaremos con la enorme cantidad de defensa que tiene cuenta con la habilidad enrage que incrementa su daño y velocidad. La colocaremos en la primera posición.

When soulbounds were initially introduced before they started dropping in chests, I knew that Coastal sentry was the complement the water class needed, despite its high mana cost it makes up for with high damage and speed. I currently have it at level 4, with its double strike ability it inflicts 4 damage and has 4 speed, therefore it is an essential element for this battle.
>>Cuando fueron presentadas las soulbound inicialmente antes de empezar a entregarse en los cofres, sabia que Coastal sentry era el complemento que necesitaba la clase agua, a pesar de su alto costo de mana lo compensa con un alto daño y velocidad. Actualmente la tengo en nivel 4, con su habilidad double strike inflinge 4 de daño y tiene 4 de velocidad por lo tanto es un elemento imprescindible para esta batalla.

Deeplurker has been the card that the water element needed to stop being an exclusively magic/ranged class and become a highly proficient melee class. Deeplurker is an opportunistic card with massive amounts of health, damage, and speed. If we add the speed buff that the summoner confers, this card becomes highly dangerous, we will place it in the third position.
>>Deeplurker ha sido la carta que necesitaba el elemento agua para dejar de ser una clase exclusivamente de magia/rango para volverse una clase melé altamente competente. Deeplurker es una carta oportunista con una enorme cantidad de vida, daño y velocidad. Si le sumamos el buff de velocidad que confiere el invocador esta carta se vuelve altamente peligrosa la ubicaremos en la tercera posición.

Demented shark closes out our offensive core along with Diemonshark + Coastal sentry + Deeplurker. This card has the inspire ability that gives a buff to the damage of +1 therefore added to the summoner Kelya our strategy for this battle is clear: high speed and forceful attack power.
>>Demented shark cierra nuestro núcleo ofensivo junto a Diemonshark + Coastal sentry + Deeplurker. Esta carta cuenta con la habilidad inpire que le da un buff al daño de +1 por tanto sumado al invocador Kelya nuestra estrategia para esta batalla es clara: una alta velocidad y contundente poder de ataque.

This is a strategic card, it has camouflage so the opponent doesn't see it and it also has reflection shield which protects our second row from possible blast attacks or retaliation attacks like thorns. We will place it in the penultimate position because the card that we will place in the last position will be crucial to our strategy.
>>Esta es una carta estratégica cuenta con camouflage por tanto el oponente no lo ve y también cuenta con reflection shield lo que protege a nuestra segunda fila de posibles ataques con blast o de ataque de represalia como thorns. La ubicaremos en la penúltima posición porque la carta que ubicaremos en la última posición será crucial para nuestra estrategia.

One of the most expensive cards in the Rifts watchers edition even now that the market is down this card has maintained its price and it is to be expected this card has high speed and dodge abilities at level 1 and phase at level 2 if we add it a speed buff this card can dodge everything.
With his taunt ability we will attract all of our opponent's attacks to the Coeurl, hopefully he will dodge most of them while our offensive line is in charge of decimating the opponent's second rank.

# ⚔️Strategy and battle lineup/Estrategia y alineación de batalla

With our lineup ready, we submit the battle and we are shown the opponent's lineup. Curiously, I use our alternative option: Possibilus the wise, we will then have an opponent that presents a second row of monsters with a large amount of life, fortunately we do a large amount of damage and the best thing is that we will be the first to attack.

The first round begins and to our surprise it is the oshanus who attacks first, accurately hitting the Coeurl, our Diemonshark is at death's door after attacking our opponent's Diemonshark and activating its enrage. Coeurl and deeplurker are the first to undermine the enemy lines by dispatching their demented shark, thus removing the attack buff it had.
Thanks to the high speed of our coastal sentry we can eliminate the opposing Diemonshark, in the remainder of the round our opponent missed all of his attacks while we have already managed to weaken his deeplurker.
>>Comienza el primer round y para nuestra sorpresa es el oshanus quien ataca primero dándole certeramente al Coeurl, nuestro Diemonshark queda a las puertas de la muerte luego de atacar al Diemonshark de nuestro oponente y activar su enrage. Coeurl y deeplurker son los primeros en socavar las lineas enemimas despachando a su demented shark, eliminamos asi el buff de ataque que tenia.

>>Gracias a la alta velocidad de nuestro coastal sentry podemos eliminar al Diemonshark contrario, en lo que resta del round nuestro oponente fallo todos sus ataques mientra que nosotros ya hemos logrado debilitar a su deeplurker.

With 2 casualties in our opponent's ranks, the second round begins and our lineup is intact. The coeurl is in charge of dispatching the Deep lurker and I hadn't noticed it, but the Kulu mastermind has the shield ability and it took the combined attack of the Deimonshark, Coastal sentry and Deeplurker to take it down! This letter is amazing.
We are reaching the end of the round and our opponent now only has the wizards Oshanus (who has already been beaten by Demented shark + Venator) and the terrible Dr. Blight, the fight already seems decided.
>>Con 2 bajas en las filas de nuestro oponente el segundo round inicia y nuestra alineación esta intacta. El coeurl se encarga de despachar al deep lurker y no lo habia notado, pero el Kulu mastermind tiene la habilidad shield y fue necesario el ataque combinado del Deimonshark, Coastal sentry y Deeplurker para derribarlo! Es asombrosa esta carta.

>>Estamos llegando al final del round y nuestro oponente solo cuenta con los magos Oshanus (que ya ha sido apaleado por Demented shark + Venator) y el terrible Dr. Blight, ya el combate parece decidido.

The 3rd and last round begins with the Oshanus dispatching our Diemonshark but not before receiving one last mortal blow from it, thus falling honorably being sweetly avenged by the Coeurl lurker. finally the last card is shown on the scene: Dr. Blight who is exposed to the fatal blows of the Deep lurker and Coastal sentry thus ending the agony, victory is ours.
>>El 3er y último round inicia con el Oshanus despachando a nuestro Diemonshark no sin antes recibir un último golpe mortal de éste, cae asi honorablemente siendo dulcemente vengado por el Coeurl lurker. finalmente se muestra en escena la última carta: Dr. Blight quien queda expuesto a los golpes fatales del Deep lurker y Coastal sentry terminando así la agonía, la victoria es nuestra.

# 🏆 Conclusions & recommendations/Conclusiones & Recomendaciones
</center>

- It was shown that speed and damage are the elements that dictate the initiative in fights with the ruleset: Equal opportunity. The water class has the best cards in these 2 parameters.
- Possibilus the wise is a good option but you need to make sure you have a high speed or apply slow to the opponent, in that sense Baakjira is a good option: it reduces the speed of the opponent and increases the life of allied cards even more, I would have placed instead of Dr. Blight since he is very slow and his poison ability is more effective in short games or with the ruleset equalizer.
- This battle included the unprotected ruleset but if the summoner hadn't included it, Kelya is the clearest option, the alternative would be to use Lux vega, it has modifiers similar to Kelya, only it adds an extra life point.
- The risk that I decided to take in this battle was to use Coeurl as a decoy, in this game it worked as I wanted but if the opponent had managed to apply a debuff to my speed this card would have been exposed to direct damage, therefore my recommendation is to make sure to buff as much as possible speed and of course the damage to clear the enemy line as quickly as possible.
>>- Quedó demostrado que la velocidad y el daño son los elementos que dictan la iniciativa en combates con el ruleset: Equal opportunity. La clase agua tiene tiene las mejores cartas en estos 2 parámetros.

>>- Possibilus the wise es una buena opcioón pero es necesario asegurarse de tener una alta velocidad o aplicar slow al contrario, en ese sentido Baakjira es una buena opción: reduce la velcidad del contrario e incrementa todavía más la vida de las cartas aliadas, yo la habría colocado en lugar de Dr. Blight ya que es muy lento y su habilidad poison es más eficas en partidas cortas o con el ruleset equalizer.
>>
>>- Esta batalla incluía el ruleset unprotected pero si no la hubiera incluido el invocador Kelya es la opción más clara, la alternativa sería usar a Lux vega tiene modificadores similares a Kelya solo que añade un punto de vida extra.
>>
>>- El riesgo que decidí tomar en esta batalla fue usar a Coeurl como señuelo, en esta partida funcionó como queria pero si el contrario hubiera logrado aplicar debuff a mi velocidad esta carta habria quedado expuesta a daño directo, por lo tanto mi recomendación es asegurarse de buffear lo más que se pueda velocidad y por supuesto el daño para limpiar lo más rápido posible la línea enemiga.
