*Life is full of ups and down and the longer you live the more experience you get amidst the good and bad things that will happen but the moment you realize certain things can not be avoided nor escaped, you will be able to live well with less burden to keep you depressed...*

*I have missed countless opportunities in life to have more but i never let them weigh me down, because no matter what i do to myself, those chances miss are gone forever, i just need to keep living and try to be cautious in other not to make similar mistakes in the future..*

*Regret won't change anything, it wil only make you depress and at the end you gain nothing, so instead of being worried about the past, put on your shoes and seek more opportunities, it never ends!*

*It reminds me of a story of a man who sold his precious coin after holding for 2 years and two months after he sold everything, the coin did a break out and pump beyond expectation, the man became very sad, how can this happen after he sold this coin, he kept thinking everyday to the extent that he sold off other coins he was holding too, that only add salt to his injury because among the coins he sold, another pulled an unexpected pump again....*

*He kept on regretting why he sold and ended up missing more opportunities till he became miserable, fortunately he had a friend who noticed things was not ok with him and after he expressed himself, the friend advice him to thank God for his life as when there is life, there is hope, he  decided to start afresh and stop worrying over lost cause..*

*Barely weeks after, he bought another coin which change his story and he was glad he didn't sleep on his loss and keep regretting till he miss this opportunity...*

*In life, many bad things will happen, regret never ends, but learn to move on and find more opportunities...*
