My entry - ecoTrain Question Of The Week Season 7 #2: What are your favourite ways to show and receive gratitude?

*Gratitude is something everyone must learn to give when we receive help from people, make it a devotion make it an habit. The word **Thank you** can change a lot of things, it can melt heart and even attract more blessings and respect your way...*

*I have an habit of  giving money to kids whenever i send them message and for the fact that they respected me enough to let me send them on an errand, i do say thank you when giving them the money and now i am so used to it that even when i lend my money to someone, when they pay back i do say thank you...*

*He who is not grateful to his creator can not be grateful to human, so i think the person that deserves all our gratitude is God, it is in HIs mercy that He gave us a life, make us healthy and wake up each day to do our daily activities, every morning as we wake up, we must learn to first offer him our praises and worship as that is his best food...*

*How do i show gratitude to people who offered me help, uhm i am a kinda person that always feel indebted to those who help me, i remember many years ago i visited my cousin and she treated me nicely, i spent two weeks with her, she didn't just give me good food, she gave me good advice too and when i was leaving her place she also gave me a huge some of money to take back with me, recently which was this year, i suddenly remembered her and gave her a call to greet her and in the process told her i want to give her children money which i did to show appreciation for how she treated me in the past..*

*I  used to have  a friend 11 years ago, i had no money and he used to do some hard labor during the day which makes him financially bouyant enough to feed himself, i could have join him in doing the labour but i do not have that strength to carry such heavy things, he knew that and whenever he got paid in the evening, we will both go out to eat food and all the bills are always on him, that lasted quite for a long time i think for like 6 months, till now i still remember him and if he needs my help today i will be ready to help him because i remember all he did for me in the past and forever grateful to him for his kindness...*

*We must learn to show gratitude either when giving or receiving...it goes a long way for the person offering help that the person he helped appreciate it, it gives them joy*

Fortunately, today we can do small acts of kindness and have it payed forward.
