i won't blame you in this case if you didn't do anything for your worker who had an accident because of your past experience from the ungrateful old workers, but one bad experience should not stop us from doing the right thing or being kind .. So dont foot his bill but then you can show some act of kindness by giving him what comes from your heart as an employer to an employee
