<p>It was another active day with a small run in the morning followed by a 60 minute early afternood Hot Yoga Session to continue with quite a long afternoon walk into the city. I'll likely will do a water fasting day on Sunday with the hope to finally also start losing some weight getting in a resting day even though the plan was to do 6 hot yoga days in a row.</p>
