<p>By now, I managed to do a 40 Hour+ Water fast while also going on a long walk yesterday in a group I had subscribed for. The weather conditions were not optimal but is still was quite fun and I'm glad I came along. So pretty good da making a lot of progress on my weightloss goals.</p>

<b>Today Goals</b>I aim to kick off the day with another walk before breaking my fast with a smoothie. I also aim to spend some tie in the kitchen in the afternoos preparing some fresh food that is healthy and has not too high calories before joining an evening hot yoga session.
