Day 228 | Lazy Saturday

I'm not really into the flow this week and  don't really have the willpower to change anything about it right now. I will look forward to next week to get back on track keeping myself away from unhealthy food and distractions which I was unable to resist this week.

I will try to get myself to do a moring run tomorrow just to complete the actifit goal and gear up for a period moving forward again at full force instead of slacking like this week was the case.
