I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

<p>I put another Hot Yoga session in the books yesterday as I went to the morning class. It was really crowded though and I'm again not sure how safe it is with the corona situation. They have made some adjustments with the breathing exercises having to be done through the nose now. Aside from this morning session, I made it mostly into a resting day and I will get back to my reps on Thursday.
 </p>
