Don't get too excited, it has not been that sunny in my bit of the UK - this is a photo from Brazil. Yesterday it was supposed to be the hottest day of the year, it was overcast but quite humid - so I had a BBQ and it started to rain. So I guess that's summer done and now the nights start to close in.

I managed to capture this colourful little fella, no idea what he is but interesting pattern on the wings.
