After a relatively mild start to October and what was really quite a nice warm weekend, the rain and cold it starting to set in as Autumn heads straight on towards winter.

It has of course been exceptionally busy at work, with some big bulk orders to roast for production has been flat out, and we are currently so low on general stock from domestic orders nearly all orders are being roasted as they come in. With Christmas now looming it’s only going to get more hectic as we charge head long into the festive build up.

With even more commercial bulk orders to work through for delivery next week, there is going to be no rest during the remainder of this week as we try and keep up with demand and clear orders. And Christmas blend needs developing so it can launch, I have a few ideas of what to put in but it will need some trialing to find the perfect festive taste.
