It never rains but it pours - which works for both the extreme rain we have had in the UK from storm Babet causing widespread flooding - and my workload which keeps going up while holidays and sickness keep reducing the staff I have to help out.

So itโ€™s been a gruelling week with the main topic being a 500kg bulk order of roasted coffee to - well roast and pack, fit onto two pallets and get shipped to see the customers deadline - which I did manage. But that combined with the usual workload of domestic and commercial customers  has just made it a really tough week - we are so busy with orders at the moment all the shelves are bare of stock, in fact I had to work today Saturday to pack one customers stock ready for them ordering next week - and he rang placing the order today so I dropped it off on the way home! One more job less for Monday.
