So it seems I managed to skip a week for the Vlog, the additional work load of the Bank Holidays we have in the UK at the moment combined with a lack of decent locations to do it at home are making it a challenge to get done right now.

So post Easter as expected there has been a solid workload and people restock after the break, the White Rose Coffee orders continue to grow making it a constant challenge to roast enough coffee to keep up! The big Colombian roast is finally finished - all 3 tons of green coffee now roasted, packed in kilo bags, labelled and sealed in boxes of 8x1kg. The Blue coffee box subscription still too it’s 200kg pallet shipment, and on the whole it was flat out Tuesday to Friday.

This week it has been the same again, because preparation has been in for the first Bank Holiday of May, making for a short week next week and of course meaning people stocking up ahead of the weekend. Add in the business Financial year end meaning the accounts have to be fully up to date, and a stock check done on the last day of the week - everything has to be counted coffee in sacks, coffee in open sacks, roasted coffee on the shelves - plus everything else stock pallets of disposables, sugar sticks, hot chocolate, flavoured syrups - thousands of different products to check our accounts has the same number on the shelf. 

Outside work there has been little time for anything interesting, I finished the help my house is haunted series, Mandelorian reached its series final episode - really enjoyed this series. And a went through the most recent Wheeler Dealers I missed. Currently on Aussie Gold Hunters because it’s always entertaining.
