Just in case you missed all the promo, the new Witness @derangedvisions hosts a weekly photography contest where you can Win SBD - That has to be worth sharing a picture or two. Fortunately for me this competition is right up my alley, ludicrous facial fuzz has always been part of my life - those extra 5 minutes in bed because I'm not shaving on a morning all add up! This was around 4 years ago, at Leeds Bradford Airport ready to head off for a Snowboarding holiday.

And on the holiday, it's always import with the reflection from snow to have plenty of Sun cream on - you don't want to end up with a blistered face - one year away with University this guy insisted he could ski without sun cream - because he always goes to the Spanish coast without it. Day 1 Ski. Day 2 all day in the medical centre in agony. Day 3,4,5 and 6 indoors permanently with a white hood on just with tiny eye holes, nurses arriving 3 times a day to gently apply cream to the massive puss oozing blisters that were all over it. I didn't see him on future university trips, but I am sure he made sure to wear sun cream whenever it was hot and sunny!

It's been a funny week if I am honest, people seem down that Steem value has dipped - but so has every other Crypto it's just how the market is right now - and a great time to invest in Steem. Who know's how long this dip will run, but as long as we keep on posting our content, sharing and commenting on others work - enjoying the real rewards of Steemit enjoying the posts of friends and helping people who need it.

I will be posting a Witness update in the next few days, but rest assured my Witness server is running along super smoothly and thanks to all the wonderful support I have had in Witness votes I am now resolving a block every 60 hours. It looks like Release 19.4 is very close according to [SteemitBlog](https://steemit.com/steem/@steemitblog/blockchain-update-3-hardfork-20-and-release-19-4-appbase-statsd-and-rocksdb) and I am prepared to back up my whole Witness prior to the update just in case anything goes wrong and I need to roll back quickly.
