Welcome to #SublimeSunday , a tag presenting you with the unique opportunity to post something a bit different, wacky, crazy or just whatever takes your fancy and instigated by me @c0ff33a ☕️

So last week I showed you Halifax Piece Hall all dressed up for being a set for an upcoming Marvel series Secret Invasion, just for reference this is it from a few years back empty as it normally is. That said, it rarely is empty as pictured because they always seem to have something happening in the big open space, last summer a massive convert stage was erected so bands like the Kaiser Chiefs [could play](https://www.instagram.com/p/CTUku0RMdFa/) and for Christmas an event tent [Spiegeltent](https://www.instagram.com/p/CXQxHSmssrx/)

It is a busy focal point for the town, and they put a great deal of effort into making use of the walled space - with gates at every entrance they can secure his central courtyard making it ideal for setting pop up events all year round.

While it's been a dry but chilly week again, the start for February is rumoured to bring back the snow and freezing weather - how it turns out remains to be seen.

Yet another stack of green coffee arrived for @whiterosecoffee to roast, with weekly arrivals of stock sorting through these sacks is heavy work - a full mixture here including Colombian, Vietnam Arabica and Robusta, Brazilian and Indonesian Sumatran Mandheling.

Last weekend I spent mostly putting up floating shelves, I like the clean look of these with the brackets hidden - if you have never encountered them the wall bracket has two circular rigid poles sticking out from it - you mount the bracket on the wall and then slide the shelf over the poles - which has perfect circular holes to fit them - in fact the fitting is so tight it is very tricky to align the shelves so the poles fit in - but once done two screws at the bottom of the shelf stop it sliding back off. The brackets have a full 10 holes for screwing to the wall - although the manual states just to use the top five. They look good, but you really would not want to be putting really heavy items on floating shelves - there just is not the support to hold weight. For my purpose though these are ideal, mostly to hold Lego Star Wars ships. In total I installed 6 shelves, 3 white on the white wall, the one visible black one on the grey wall and another two black ones on the opposite grey wall.

Thanks for the update on the movie set. Looks really good brother👍.
I make floating shelves that can handle plenty of weight. I have even made a floating fireplace mantle. The commercial ones are not designed to handle the weight. I test mine with a 70 pound kettle bell or 36kg to you metric folks.

Vietnam arabica?  I did not know that was a thing!

I buy all my coffee from a locally owned, independent roaster like you.  It has completely spoiled me on good coffee and I will never go back.

Part of my sublime sunday is coffee in my cup and @c0ff33a on my feed!
