Witness update from @c0ff33a and @derangedvisions

Thanks to a crippling workload which I don't see getting any less now until after Christmas I'm only managing a few posts a week at best, @derangedvisions is holding up the content on Hive with some awesome gaming posts and supporting our gamers in the [Hive Gaming Community](https://peakd.com/c/hive-140217/created) 

But I have been busy after hours keeping [https://api.c0ff33a.uk](https://api.c0ff33a.uk) updated and running smoothly, currently we have an Account History node running 1.24.7, two FAT nodes running 1.24.7 (FAT nodes are no longer needed since HF24 but they are handy to offload some of the calls from the Account History node if you have the capacity) and finally a smooth transition from one of the early builds of Hivemind that was running on the Account History server to a new server now running 31a03fa6 which is giving a vast improvement in access speed plus correctly showing number of comments on [https://hiveblog.c0ff33a.uk](https://hiveblog.c0ff33a.uk) 

The Account History server Hivemind is now reindexing from scratch an even newer build of Hivemind - although the load of two indexing from my Account History node is causing it to time out regularly - but once complete I can switch back and forth between the two and ensure I always have the latest build running.

One thing to look forward to is @hivefest, after a year ruled by Social Distancing taking a meet up into VR is the perfect way to combine the technology of Hive Blockchain with the real people that use or run it. Also what's the point voting KC anyways as neither he nor you get any curation from it as anything KC posts gets downvoted to zero.
