That’s awesome!  Sounds like intermittent fasting, whether or not intentional.  I had to do this, but not so aggressive as I tended to hold to a 4 hour window.

Three meals a day seems like way too much food...feels like we were sold on a scam to buy more product when I hear "3 squares a day"

I prefer one or two meals a day.  Some days skipping.
