“Desde el fondo de mi alma destrozada 
Un corazón herido clama por ti,
Cansado de rasgar las paredes de la soledad
Que hoy oprimen sin piedad mi triste realidad.





Camino entre valles de lágrimas y gemidos
Que como espinas se incrustan en todo mí ser,
Desollando uno a uno los hilos de mi cordura
Que yacen colgados en las ruinas de mi esperanza.




Mis latidos padecen adormecidos
Bajo la tormenta de una gran sequía,
Y en mi rostro pálido y errante
Solo hay huellas de una cruel desesperación.




Hasta la montaña más alta se ha arrojado sobre mí
Y un mar bravío no deja de azotar mis ilusiones.
El sol me golpea con las brasas de la indiferencia
Mientras el frio de las noches me abriga con sus penas.




Una bandada de jueces se levanta contra mí
Dictando una sentencia que me ahoga y me envenena,
Siendo atado con los grilletes de la distancia y el silencio
Que han dejado marchitado lo más grande de mis sueños.




En mi amarga agonía clamé por justicia,
Pero solo recogí retazos de rencor y apatía.
Ahora sufro en la cárcel de mi desdicha
Prisionero de mis sueños y prófugo de la felicidad.



Así que le pedí al pasado un manojo de recuerdos
Para tejer un manto y cubrir mi indignación, 
Pero solo bastó una sutil y escalofriante brisa
Para recordar el dolor punzante de mí presente.




Por eso me arrastro para llegar hasta ti
Acudo a ti con lo poco que queda de mí,
Sin temor a gastar mi último aliento
Porque sé que en tus brazos alzaré una vez más mi vuelo.




Eres tu quien le dio luz a mis ojos
Con tus dedos bordaste cada parte de mi existir,
Dibujaste un largo sendero para poder llevar mis pasos
Y echaste a andar el tiempo en mi reloj.




Día y noche sostienes mis manos
No hay temor ni duda que pueda contra ti.
Me rescatas de mis peores pesadillas
No existe enemigo alguno que pueda estar en pie contra ti.




Mi corazón te añora entre álgidos suspiros
Anhelando la suave caricia de tus palabras,
Tu paz es la musa que aflora mi alma
Y abre el capullo de toda mi inspiración.




No hay altura que pueda alcanzarte
Ni grandeza que pueda igualarte,
Mientras el universo es el más claro ejemplo
Del poder que llevas en tus manos.




Y si el dolor y la tristeza intentaran trabar mi lengua
Tú me arrullarías y me arroparías con tus brazos,
Mis lágrimas jamás dejarías caer en el suelo
Ya que gota a gota las irías contando entre tus dedos.




Solo tú eres mi roca y mi juez
Y no hay errores y fallas en tu balanza.
Si son tus dichos mi ley y mi luz,
¿No es a ti a quien debo buscar antes de hablar?




Mis dudas y mis temores has puesto lejos de mí
Con tu voz serenas el mar de mis inquietudes.
Aunque mis fuerzas desmayen, yo sé que no me soltarás.
Sanarás mis alas y volveré a surcar el cielo.




Cuando mis emociones se encontraban embotadas
Solo tú supiste abrir la puerta de esa jaula,
Y le diste vida a todos mis sentimientos
Encendiendo la llama de mí motivación.




Las praderas se reverdecen con el andar de tu grandeza
Y como lluvia de miel rebosas de amor y dulzura.
Oscuridad y sombras nunca podrán estar junto a ti
Debido a la fuente suprema de tu inmensurable brillar.





Si el miedo invadiera los campos de mi quietud 
Tu lucharías mis batallas con tal de verme sonreír,
Y aunque las heridas de mi corazón siguieran sangrando
No dejarías de untarme el tibio bálsamo de tus tiernos cariños.




¿Dónde podría hallarte, si te buscara mi reflexión?
¿O si mis labios desearan elevar un canto para ti?
En la distancia entre el amanecer y el anochecer te buscaría
Con la esperanza segura de que deseas volverme a ver.




Una colmena de versos y poemas
Se posan en el umbral de toda tu grandeza,
Aguardando el momento exacto que marquen las estrellas
Para así poder entregarte mi mayor recompensa.




Cada mañana eres tu quien sube el telón de mis ojos
Y pones el sello de aprobación en cada latido de mi corazón.
Has canjeado mis lágrimas por una lluvia de anhelos
Que quiero cumplir con desvelo para hacerte muy feliz.




Y lo que antes fue solo una densa y pálida neblina
Hoy es el más radiante de todos los amaneceres,
Porque es en las riberas de tu dulce manantial
Donde siempre encontraré el agua que hace renacer mi alma”.

"From the bottom of my shattered soul 
A wounded heart cries out for you,
Tired of tearing the walls of loneliness
That today mercilessly oppress my sad reality.

I walk among valleys of tears and moans
That like thorns are embedded in my whole being,
Flaying one by one the threads of my sanity
That lie hanging in the ruins of my hope.

My heartbeats suffer numb
Under the storm of a great drought,
And on my pale and wandering face
There are only traces of cruel despair.

Even the highest mountain has thrown itself upon me
And a raging sea does not cease to lash my illusions.
The sun beats down on me with the embers of indifference
While the cold of the nights shelters me with its sorrows.

A flock of judges rises against me
Passing sentence that chokes and poisons me,
Being bound with the shackles of distance and silence
That have left withered the greatest of my dreams.

In my bitter agony I cried out for justice,
But I only gathered scraps of rancor and apathy.
Now I suffer in the prison of my misfortune
Prisoner of my dreams and fugitive from happiness.

So I asked the past for a bundle of memories
To weave a cloak and cover my indignation, 
But all it took was a subtle, chilling breeze
To recall the stinging pain of my present.

That's why I crawl to reach you
I come to you with what little is left of me,
Without fear of wasting my last breath
Because I know that in your arms I will once again take flight.

It is you who gave light to my eyes
With your fingers you embroidered every part of my existence,
You drew a long path to take my steps
And you started the time in my watch.

Day and night you hold my hands
No fear or doubt can stand against you.
You rescue me from my worst nightmares
There is no enemy that can stand against you.


My heart longs for you amidst heavy sighs
Longing for the soft caress of your words,
Your peace is the muse that brings forth my soul
And opens the bud of all my inspiration.

There is no height that can reach you
Nor greatness that can match you,
While the universe is the clearest example
Of the power you carry in your hands.

And if pain and sorrow should try to hold my tongue
You would lull me to sleep and wrap your arms around me,
My tears you would never let fall on the ground
For drop by drop you would count them between your fingers.

You alone are my rock and my judge
And there are no errors and flaws in your scales.
If thy sayings are my law and my light,
Shall I not seek thee before I speak?

My doubts and my fears thou hast put far away from me
With thy voice thou stillest the sea of my anxieties.
Though my strength faint, I know that thou wilt not let me go.
You will heal my wings and I will soar again.

When my emotions were dulled
Only you knew how to open the door of that cage,
And you gave life to all my feelings
Igniting the flame of my motivation.

The meadows are greening with the walk of your greatness
And like honey rain you overflow with love and sweetness.
Darkness and shadows can never be with you
Because of the supreme source of your immeasurable brilliance.

If fear should invade the fields of my stillness 
You would fight my battles to see me smile,
And though the wounds of my heart would still bleed.
You would not fail to anoint me with the warm balm of your tender affection.

Where could I find you, if my reflection sought you?
Or if my lips wished to raise a song for you?
In the distance between dawn and dusk I would look for you
In the sure hope that you wish to see me again.

A hive of verses and poems
They perch on the threshold of all your greatness,
Waiting for the exact moment marked by the stars
So I can give you my greatest reward.

Every morning it is you who raises the curtain of my eyes
And you put the seal of approval on every beat of my heart.
You have exchanged my tears for a shower of longings
That I want to fulfill with sleeplessness to make you very happy.

And what was once just a dense, pale haze
Today is the most radiant of all dawns,
For it is on the banks of your sweet spring
Where I will always find the water that makes my soul reborn."
