I don't think jealousy has anything to do with the other person. Jealousy is the absence of self. When we feel jealous, it's your chest saying it misses you. Typically, our identity point gets drawn outside our bodies and into someone else's pocket. This happens for all kinds of reasons but the reasons are distractions. You're not an asshole, you just stepped out of your body. It becomes easy to fix jealousy when we listen to our body and understand what it means. Mine felt like a vacuum in my solar plexus. I used to mistake it for hunger. Big mistake.

I sometimes struggle with jealousy just like anyone else but the thing I find that helps the most is knowing that a person may have something I desire but they may also have something else I don't want to deal with. 
For example I have a super wealthy friend which I am sometimes jealous of all her traveling, fancy clothes and beautiful houses but I would not want to have to deal with the insincerity she struggles with in a lot of her relationships. 
I have another friend who is unbelievably gorgeous *and nice and funny* but also has health problems that a lot of people don't know about.
So even if you think you might want someone else life if you really looked into it you might find you don't want all the pieces to their puzzle.

I agree. I deal with this daily and social media doesn't help. But what I have learned is we all have something someone else is going to want and we need to remember that.   Thanks for the post. Need to keep it on the forefront of my mind

My opinion: There is a factor why they are jealous. Ask it. Why are you jealous? They will reply and only listen. And tell you understand there feelings.

Your opinion is you must work on not letting it take over. But were are your tips and tricks how to do this?

I'll give one tip. Just let every emotion bee there where it is. But just sit on a chair and let the emotion be there. It does not matter if it is Negative ore Positive. (example) When you make jealousy a negative thing it will be negative and you will die from it..   Be jealousy and know you are and accept it. Its ok!

What is really the reason for you writing this stuff?
Next time you are jealous find out why you are. Watch and listen to your self. Analyse yourself and understand that your mind is playing a game.

Is hard to deal with this, what i recommend is to take it easy cause at the end , you will be imaginating false histories, stressing you for something that is not what you think and you will be damaging yourself and the most important thing (Your relationship), so at the end i prefer to be alone than being with someone that i need be checking or investigating cause is open mind (open legs, we never know).

Well since I don't now you personally I'm not envious but inspired. I own large amount of Vergecoin and other currencies. I expect them to go to the moon and then I will be the one dealing with this.  I have read that the Greek Tycoon Stavros Niarchos was envious of other tycoons. So no-one is immune to this . My friend doesn't have money but he is tall ,broad shouldered and handsome and other men are jealous of him. So there is no escape from it.
