La verdad es que en los distintos post que he hecho para esta linda comunidad, he hablado muchas veces de lo que para mi significa el amor verdadero y sano. Pero es no significa que el amor no duela, el amor por su naturaleza de ser un sentimiento que nace o florece entre seres humanos tiene su complejidad. 

A partir de esa complejidad, es que podemos hablar de dolor al amar, y no quiero que se malinterprete el amor no debe doler porque una persona te engaño o te maltrato físicamente; esos son amores tóxicos de los que siempre se debe salir. Pero el amor sano, el lindo y el verdadero también duele y les voy a explicar la razón de ello.

The truth is that in the different posts I have made for this beautiful community, I have spoken many times about what true and healthy love means to me. But it does not mean that love does not hurt, love by its nature of being a feeling that is born or flourishes between human beings has its complexity. 

From that complexity, is that we can talk about pain in love, and I do not want to misunderstand that love should not hurt because a person cheated on you or physically abused you; those are toxic loves from which you should always get out. But healthy, beautiful and true love also hurts and I am going to explain the reason for this.

El amor a veces duele, porque principalmente sentimos todo lo que la persona que amamos experimenta; podemos ver a través de sus ojos el dolor muchas veces y ante las injusticias o cuando su corazón se desilusiona Nos duele no poder hacer que todo sea más fácil para esa persona. 

El amor puede doler porque muchas veces la vida no es color de rosa, y los deseos de un futuro pueden no coincidir, porque quizá una persona necesite crecer y eso signifique una separación. 

El amor llega a doler cuando idealizamos tanto que creamos un cuento que cuando no se cumple nos da duro en esas esperanzas que se rompen, porque esperamos que todo sea más grande lo que de verdad es. El amor es la sencillez de los momentos que se coleccionan en conjunto, y en ocasiones entender eso puede doler.

Love sometimes hurts, because we mainly feel everything that the person we love experiences; we can see through their eyes the pain many times and when faced with injustices or when their heart is disappointed, it hurts us not to be able to make everything easier for that person. 

Love can hurt because many times life is not rosy, and the desires of a future may not coincide, because maybe a person needs to grow and that means a separation. 

Love hurts when we idealize so much that we create a fairy tale that when it is not fulfilled, we get hard on those hopes that are broken, because we expect everything to be bigger than it really is. Love is the simplicity of moments that are collected together, and sometimes understanding that can hurt.

Los seres humanos somos tan complicados que cuando el amor lleva rencores de terceros lastima inevitablemente las lindas conexiones. Porque cuando lleva tachaduras ajenas el peso se hace más grande. 

El amor lastima cuando hay que ser sanamente egoístas y velar por el bienestar individual, el camino del amor esta lleno de espinas, de conflictos y verdades que en su mayoría escapa del control individual.

Human beings are so complicated that when love carries third party grudges it inevitably hurts the beautiful connections. Because when it carries other people's grudges, the weight becomes heavier. 

Love hurts when we have to be healthily selfish and look after individual welfare, the path of love is full of thorns, conflicts and truths that mostly escape individual control.

El amor a veces duele, pero cuando se aprende a sanar, cuando las cosas se superan y el camino tiene su recompensa... Entonces todo toma un sentido, de pronto los colores se ven mucho mejor, y la vida se siente más liviana. 

Porque el amor a veces puede doler, pero cuando el amor es sano y verdadero, ese dolor siempre sana.

Love sometimes hurts, but when you learn to heal, when things are overcome and the road has its reward.... Then everything makes sense, suddenly the colors look much better, and life feels lighter. 

Because love can sometimes hurt, but when love is healthy and true, that pain always heals.
