Hace algún tiempo hablando con @lucianav hablábamos de que sentíamos que había poco a poco mejorado en este arte; y le decía en ese momento que la práctica ayuda muchísimo, no siento que soy la persona que más invierte en este proceso pero de lo que si estoy segura es que le pongo mucho empeño a lo que hago. Así que por eso he decidido hacer este post sobre algunos tips que a mí me han servido.

### 1| Soltar la mano

Cuando comenzamos a maquillarnos por más teoría que sepamos, o más videos que hayamos visto, hay algo que la práctica da y es soltar la mano. Sin embargo hay cosas que pueden hacer para tener una mano más ágil como sostener la brocha más de mitad hasta el final; dar toques suaves a la hora de usar la esponja y no hacer presión en las aplicaciones.

A menos que sea el iluminador JAJAJAJA, menos es más, sobretodo en cuestión base, corrector y las sombras… Es mejor ir aplicando poco producto porque si falta entonces podemos agregar otro poquito; y no es porque sean maquillajes naturales que debemos hacer esto; siempre será mucho más fácil difuminar algo de producto que un montón.

Unless it's the highlighter HAHAHAHAHA, less is more, especially in foundation, concealer and shadows... It's better to apply a little product because if it's missing then we can add another little bit; and it's not because they are natural makeups that we should do this; it will always be much easier to blend some product than a lot.

Mi colección de maquillaje es pequeña, apenas tengo lo esencial para maquillaje sencillo y un poco más elaborados; en este punto siento que me falta un set de brochas más específico para ojos y una paleta más variada en tonalidades y terminados pero entre gastos y gastos aún no lo he adquirido… Sin embargo siento que he podido avanzar poco a poco con lo que tengo.

Antes siento que me presionaba mucho por cómo quedaría los resultados hoy en día es tipo: si no me queda bien, me desmaquillo y no ha pasado nada… Esa frase la tome de Rosy, también cuando estoy en malos días definitivamente dejo de lado maquillarme y no porque no quiera, sino porque sé que el estrés no hará cosas buenas por mí y mis brochas.

Before I feel like I put a lot of pressure on myself about how the results would look, nowadays it's like: if it doesn't look good, I'll remove my makeup and nothing happened... I got that phrase from Rosy, also when I'm having bad days I definitely stop doing my makeup and not because I don't want to, but because I know that stress won't do good things for me and my brushes.

Lo último pero lo más importante es preparar adecuadamente la piel para el maquillaje, si nos maquillamos con la piel toda grasosa no tendremos lindos resultados… Así que es importante lavarnos bien el rostro, para luego hidratarlo y primer. Para este paso también tenemos también que conocer nuestro tipo de piel y los productos de SkinCare que mejor le vayan.

The last but the most important thing is to properly prepare the skin for makeup, if we make up with oily skin we will not have nice results... So it is important to wash our face well, then moisturize and prime it. For this step we also have to know our skin type and the SkinCare products that best suit it.
