Desde que soy estudiante de bachillerato siempre he aplicado muchos tips a la hora de estudiar, sin embargo, cuando entre a la universidad tuve que pulir muchísimo más estos hábitos, ya que, cuando estas en la universidad tienes muchísima más responsabilidad pero no por eso, puedes dejar de lado los estudios porque a final del día todos queremos lograr una meta, así que les comparto estoxs hábitos y tips que me han servido a mí.

Since I am a high school student I have always applied many tips when it comes to studying, however, when I entered the university I had to polish these habits much more, because when you are in college you have much more responsibility but not for that, you can leave aside the studies because at the end of the day we all want to achieve a goal, so I share these habits and tips that have served me.

### 1| Estudiar por clases

Este es un tip que le doy a todo mundo cuando me dicen que no pueden entender una materia o que se les hace muy complicado estudiar algunos temas, que estudien por clase, normalmente te dan varias clases y luego te evaluan, entonces cada día que llegues de esa clase comienzas a estudiar y complementar con información de Internet. 

Por ejemplo, en mi caso, realizo este tip con Inglés porque realmente no es mi fuerte la materia, entonces por clase me coloco a estudiar para tener mejores resultado; esto también te permite que si surgen dudas puedes preguntart a tu profesor o a una persona que sepas que sabe del tema.

This is a tip that I give to everyone when they tell me that they can not understand a subject or that it is very complicated to study some topics, to study per class, normally they give you several classes and then they evaluate you, then every day that you arrive from that class you begin to study and complement with information from the Internet. 

For example, in my case, I do this tip with English because it is not really my strong subject, so I study per class to get better results; this also allows you to ask your teacher or a person you know who knows the subject if you have any doubts.

Yo soy una señora realmente mayor, pero en cuestiones de estudios, yo no abandono jamás jamás papel y lápiz, si te cuesta una materia lo mejor es intentar agarrar el hilo en clases y copiar esas cosas que sientes que te pueden ayudar, y de verdad les juro que tendran una mejor mejoría. 

Otro tip que va de la mano con lo antiguo, es realizar cuestionarios a mano de estudios, y si, yo sé que esto requiere tiempo, pero la verdad te ayuda a memorizar y tener mejores notas.

I am a really old lady, but when it comes to studying, I never abandon paper and pencil, if you are struggling with a subject the best thing to do is to try to pick up the thread in class and copy those things that you feel will help you, and I really swear you will have a better improvement. 

Another tip that goes hand in hand with the old, is to do handwritten study questionnaires, and yes, I know this takes time, but it really helps you to memorize and get better grades.

Los colores son una de las razones que nos hacen recordar de manera fotografica algunas cosas que estudiamos, por esa razón, yo tengo bastante resaltadores y lapiceros de colores, y no es que volvamos nuestros apuntes un carnaval pero si ayuda colocar un poquito de color en títulos y notas; la verdad para mi esto funciona realmente.

Colors are one of the reasons that make us remember in a photographic way some things we study, for that reason, I have a lot of highlighters and colored pens, and it is not that we turn our notes into a carnival but it helps to put a little bit of color in titles and notes; the truth for me this really works.

Una de las cosas que a mí más me ayuda en algunas materias es explicarle a mis compañeros, o intercambiar opiniones con ellos; porque inevitablemente cada vez que hablas o explicas estas colocando tu cerebro a trabajar, así que nunca te olvidaras del tema de estudios; y en cuestión de intercambiar ideas para mi funciona porque no siempre estamos en lo correcto y otra persona te puede hacer darte cuenta de un error que puedes estar cometiendo.

One of the things that helps me the most in some subjects is to explain to my classmates, or exchange opinions with them; because inevitably every time you talk or explain you are putting your brain to work, so you will never forget the subject of study; and in a matter of exchanging ideas it works for me because we are not always right and another person can make you realize a mistake you may be making.

Es muy común cuando sentimos miedo de aplazar una materia o un examen que decidimos tener un maraton de estudios, en dónde por días solo sabes de esa materia o ese tema que estas estudianto, para mi esto es un error porque puede bloquearte no solo en la evaluación sino cada vez que te pregunten algo del tema... Entonces, si, estudia pero tomate un descanso y no te sobrecargues.

It is very common when we are afraid of postponing a subject or an exam that we decide to have a study marathon, where for days you only know about that subject or that topic you are studying, for me this is a mistake because it can block you not only in the evaluation but every time you are asked something about the subject... So, yes, study but take a break and don't overload yourself.
