Hablar de maquillaje y marcas siempre será una cosa que amo, en esta oportunidad vengo a hablarles del mercado venezolano en cuestión de maquillaje, en estos últimos días teniendo la experiencia de vender maquillaje puedo decirles que es muy rico hablar de cómo cada día vemos menos replica y más marcas innovadoras. La dinámica de este post será muy divertido, puesto que me haré un maquillaje sencillo y les mostraré, pero no me voy a enfocar en los pasos si no en las marcas a utilizar, y les voy a platicar como ha cambiado el mercado venezolano de maquillaje. 

Comencemos hoy por la piel, para esto utilizare mi corrector en el tono 1 de Salome, y mi base en el tono 4 Salome… Y por supuesto que tengo que decidir lo que es verdad y se nota, Salome significa para los venezolanos una oportunidad de tener productos de calidad en una marca nacional, creo que sus productos estrellas son la base, corrector y polvos. Realmente esta marca abrió una ventana de posibilidades en el mundo del maquillaje y de ahí realmente un nuevo mundo llego. La base la aplique con mi esponja de Aria Cosmetics, lo que sucede con Aria que es una excelente marca distribuida en Venezuela tiene precios más elevados pero su calidad en muchas cosas es superior, esta esponja tiene que ser la mejor que he probado, es suave, crece muchísimo y es realmente multifacética.

I applied the foundation with my Aria Cosmetics sponge, what happens with Aria which is an excellent brand distributed in Venezuela has higher prices but its quality in many things is superior, this sponge has to be the best I've tried, it is soft, grows a lot and is really multifaceted.

Para sellar, mi polvo compacto Valmy, con Valmy tenemos una historia diferente, es una marca que nos ha acompañado desde hace muchos años, una marca clásica y discreta y que a ciencia cierta sus productos tienen una línea que siempre sigue: sutil y natural pero de una excelente calidad. Amo este polvo compacto, sus rubores son excelentes y amo amo los labiales de esta marca. Para completar mi piel mi contorno de Salome, y el rubor usaré este de Jadu… Jadu es realmente una tienda de zapatos y accesorios que han sacado su línea de maquillaje, este rubor me encanta, lo que me sucede con esta marca o línea de maquillaje es que a pesar de sus productos de calidad creo que su marketing no es tan acertado como debería ser, pero creo que tiene la posibilidad de cambiar en el futuro, esperamos que cercano.

I love this pressed powder, their blushes are excellent and I love the lipsticks of this brand. To complete my skin my Salome contour, and the blush I will use this one from Jadu... Jadu is really a shoe and accessories store that have brought out their makeup line, I love this blush, what happens to me with this brand or makeup line is that despite their quality products I think their marketing is not as successful as it should be, but I think it has the possibility to change in the future, hopefully near.

Las cejas las hago rápidamente con mi pomada de AOA, porque para las cejas si no tengo nada de marcas nacionales, así que bueno omitamos este pasó. El iluminador tendré que usar el de Salome, que realmente no me gusta nada porque desaparece a los minutos, pero no tengo otro de una marca nacional.

Para finalizar este look, usare cosas de Salome, delineador y labial, rizar pestañas y aplicar Máscara de pestañas. De esta marca ya hemos hablado entonces damos por terminado el proceso de maquillaje.

The eyebrows I do quickly with my AOA pomade, because for the eyebrows I don't have any national brands, so let's skip this one. The highlighter I will have to use Salome's, which I really don't like at all because it disappears after a few minutes, but I don't have another one from a national brand. 

To finish this look, I will use things from Salome, eyeliner and lipstick, curl eyelashes and apply mascara. We have already talked about this brand so we are done with the makeup process.

Ahora, conclusiones… Me robare la frase de Rosy, para decir que ninguna marca es perfecta, pero estas marcas nacionales que he tenido la oportunidad de probar, han cambiado la manera en la que se maneja el mercado venezolano, sin contar que vender maquillaje casi siempre se hace por Instagram y estas marcas tienen excelentes estrategias de publicidad para hacer resaltar sus productos, la competencia se ha vuelto interesante y como espectadora amo ver como cada día son menos las personas que venden o compran replicas y que comenzamos a optar por productos de marcas nacionales. Eso me pone muy feliz.

Now, conclusions... I will steal Rosy's phrase, to say that no brand is perfect, but these national brands that I have had the opportunity to try, have changed the way the Venezuelan market is handled, not to mention that selling makeup is almost always done through Instagram and these brands have excellent advertising strategies to highlight their products, competition has become interesting and as a spectator I love to see how every day there are fewer people who sell or buy replicas and that we begin to opt for products from national brands. That makes me very happy.
