La adultez es un proceso mediante el cual entendemos muchas cosas que cuando eramos pequeños juzgabamos o no entendiamos; en mi caso, la etapa de la adultez me ha dejado lindas enseñanzas, pero, tampoco mentire diciendo que es algo facil, realmente conlleva de hacer muchas cosas al mismo tiempo... Así que, pensé que sería bueno dejarles algunas verdades y consejos respecto a este tema, ya que, es algo por lo que todos vamos a pasar alguna vez.

Adulthood is a process through which we understand many things that when we were little we judged or did not understand; in my case, the stage of adulthood has left me beautiful teachings, but, I will not lie saying that it is something easy, it really involves doing many things at the same time... So, I thought it would be good to leave you some truths and advice regarding this topic, since it is something that we are all going to go through sometime.

Cuando somos pequeños, quizá dependemos un poco de las costumbres y el estilo de vida de nuestros padres, sin embargo, cuando crecemos forjamos pensamientos propios que nos hacen forjar nuevas costumbres y hábitos de vida, así que, en la adultez, tú eres responsable de mantenerte saludable y de cada decisión que tomes en tu vida desde dónde vives hasta cómo llevas tu dinero. 

Para llevar este tema, yo te recomiendo, tratar de encontrar las cosas que te hagan felices, y con lo que te sientas cómod@, tampoco mentiré uno tarda mucho probando rutinas y haciendo los hábitos, yo aún estoy tratando de encontrarlos, así que, si se sienten perdidos, no cunda el pánico es totalmente normal.

When we are little, maybe we depend a little on the customs and lifestyle of our parents, however, when we grow up we forge our own thoughts that make us forge new customs and life habits, so, in adulthood, you are responsible for staying healthy and for every decision you make in your life from where you live to how you manage your money. 

To deal with this issue, I recommend you, try to find the things that make you happy, and what you feel comfortable with, I won't lie either, it takes a long time to try routines and habits, I am still trying to find them, so, if you feel lost, don't panic, it's totally normal.

Lo que más problemas da en la vida adulta es el dinero... En mi caso, desde pequeña supe que el dinero no nacía de los árboles y que la forma de obtenerlo era trabajando, siempre supe tener conciencia de él, porque mi mamá así me lo inculco, pero, en la vida adulta aprendes a valorar el dinero, porque significa un esfuerzo que haces, ya sea emprendiendo o trabajando. 

Uno de los secretos de la vida adulta es tener una buena administración del dinero, hay gastos que son fijos, organiza todo en base a ello, esto suele ser: alquiler + servicios + comida + aseo personal y en mi caso universidad... Todo siempre depende, pero, tener una relación balanceada con el dinero, te facilitará las cosas.

The thing that causes the most problems in adult life is money.... In my case, since I was a child I knew that money was not born from trees and that the way to get it was working, I always knew to be aware of it, because my mother instilled it in me, but in adult life you learn to value money, because it means an effort you make, either by undertaking or working. 

One of the secrets of adult life is to have a good money management, there are expenses that are fixed, organize everything based on it, this is usually: rent + utilities + food + personal hygiene and in my case college .... Everything always depends, but having a balanced relationship with money will make things easier for you.

Siento que ahora es mucho es más fácil hablar de la salud mental, pero, creanme, es necesario que tomemos conciencia de que no somos unas máquinas, que nos vamos a sentir mal, que habrán cosas que nos derrumben por un momento, en la adultez también te das cuenta que no importa cuan mal te sientas, te va a tocar seguir adelante y hacer tus cosas con normalidad, porque bueno eres responsable de mucho. 

La verdas en ese tema, yo siempre recomiendo que nos eduquemos sobre la salud mental, que pidamos ayuda a prefesionales cuando lo sintamos necesario. La verdad es que tu salud mental es indispensable para ser un adulto saludable y feliz, y nosotros somos responsables de esa felicidad.

The truth is that I always recommend that we educate ourselves about mental health, that we ask for help from professionals when we feel it is necessary. The truth is that your mental health is indispensable to be a healthy and happy adult, and we are responsible for that happiness.

Hay una falsa creencia que nos inculcan desde pequeños y es que cuando somos adultos tenemos que cumplir con los deseos de todo el mundo, basicamente que tenemos que llevar con nosotros aquello que en teoría deberíamos hacer. Yo la verdad he soltado todas esas cosas, en mi mundo no hay cosas que tenga que hacer como una obligación, solo me mueven las cosas que me hacen feliz a mí, que al final es lo que más importa es sentirnos cómodos en nuestra propia piel.
