Amigos hivers, como saben soy fanática de las recetas rápidas y fáciles de hacer. Así que hoy les traigo esta rica crema de berenjena que me enseñó a hacer mi prima y me encantó.

3 berenjenas | 3 aubergines
El jugo de un limón | One lemon's juice
Aceite  | Oil
2 dientes de ajo | 2 garlic cloves
Sal | Salt
Pimienta negra | Black pepper

1-. Se cortan las puntas de las berenjenas y se meten a hornear por 30 minutos o hasta que estén lo suficientemente blandas y un poco quemaditos por fuera.

2-. Una vez horneadas las berenjenas, dejarlas enfríar y con una cuchara extraer lo de adentro.

3-. Licuar la pulpa de la berenjena con un chorrito de aceite,  2 dientes de ajo, el jugo de un limón, sal y pimienta al gusto. 
>3-. Blend the pulp of the aubergine with a drizzle of oil, 2 cloves of garlic, the juice of a lemon, salt and pepper to taste.

Soy fan de la crema de berenjena, me encanta. La berenjena se puede también asar a la parrilla o ponerla directamente sobre la hornilla y toman un sabor ahumado que le da un toque exquisito a la crema.

Ya me la imagino con pan árabe tostado y se me hace agua la boca. Saludos.
