Hola, queridos hivers❤️. Llegó la hora de la cena y a veces es díficil conseguir una receta fácil y rápida de hacer, para esos momentos donde queremos cocinar cualquier cosa. Aquí les comparto una idea de cena rápida y suuuper fácil para resolver esto.

# Ingredientes:
* Tortillas integrales
* Media pechuga de pollo
* 2 hojas de lechuga
* 1/2 tomate
* 1 lonja de queso
* 1 lonja de jamón
* Salsas (OPCIONAL, mejor reemplazar por alguna salsa a base de yogurt griego)

># Ingredients:
>* Whole wheat tortillas
>* Half chicken breast
>* 2 lettuce leaves
>* 1/2 tomato
>* 1 slice of cheese
>* 1 slice of ham
>* Sauces (OPTIONAL, better to replace with some sauce based on Greek yogurt)

1-. Cocinar una pechuga de pollo en una olla con agua hasta que esté completamente cocido, luego desmechar.
>1-. Cook a chicken breast in a pot with water until fully cooked, then shred.

2-. Cortar con una tijera desde un extremo de la tortilla hasta el centro (esto nos ayudará a hacer un doblez que convertirá nuestra tortilla en una especie de sandwich de 4 rellenos). Calentar la tortilla integral en una plancha o sartén solo un poco.
>2-. Cut with scissors from one end of the tortilla to the center (this will help us make a fold that will turn our tortilla into a kind of sandwich with 4 fillings). Heat the whole wheat tortilla on a griddle or skillet just a little.

3-. Cocinar el pollo desmechado con aliños (cebolla, pimiento y ajo) en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite. Esto es opcional, podrías usar el pollo solo.

4-. En cada uno de los cuartos de la tortilla vamos a colocar un grupo de ingredientes: en el primer cuarto colocamos las salsas, esto es completamente opcional.

5-. En el segundo cuarto colocamos jamón y queso.

6-. Luego los vegetales como lechuga, tomate y aguacate.

7-. Y finalmente en el último el pollo.

8-. Doblaremos de manera que formaremos una especie de abanico y así obtendremos un sándwich completo con muchos rellenos.

Y así tendremos una cena rápida, fácil y además muy completa con proteínas, vegetales y carbohidratos. Espero esta receta te sea útil, a mí me soluciona cuando vengo de entrenar muy cansada y no quiero pasar mucho tiempo en la cocina.
